6pm. Burrito maker was very rude and unpleasant. Was playing around with his friends in line in front of us. I got to the front and saw beans and chicken and veggies were empty and burnt to the bottom of the pan. I asked him if they had more beans and chicken and veggies. He did not listen. I asked again. Still no response. After 3x he screams no chicken for 15 minutes and slammed the pan behind him! I’m not paying for old burnt bottom of the bucket from a dude with a loud bad attitude. Won’t be back for a while.

I stopped by there today around 2:45, I liked the concept and the food a lot when introduced in the bay area, was so excited when they opened here, then… First visit the serving size seemed smaller than what I had had at the other stores, but it was new so I let it go, I guess I had gotten food there about 4 or 5 times since that first visit and it was acceptable, then I went in today to get 2 bowls, one for my grandson who had never had it and one for me, of course with all the trimins.

We went in for Vday and the machines were down so they gave us our food for free. Not only that but they were super friendly as well! I’ve always had pleasant experiences here and this reinforced that, thank you Chipotle Employees!

Hate leaving negative reviews but this place failed to impress on any level. Firstly they don’t have any chipotle seasoned menu items, staff didn’t even know that was a thing.. but that’s a company thing, not a local franchise thing. Second was cost I think I paid around $22 for a burrito before tip. Third, the food was not adequately heated! Luke warm best describes the temperature they keep the prepared foods at, at least during my visit. I was afraid of food poisoning. I’m fairly sure there are health codes that regulate these things but I’m no expert. In future, I will take my hunger and lunch money to the many locally owned mom & pop Mexican food lunch spots that are in the nearby area. 2 stars, not 1 because I reserve the 1 star for special offenders 🙂

Very skimpy with the portions. My grandaughter got rice, steak, guacamole and cheese and her bowl wasn’t even 1/2 full. For $45 we should have been full, but weren’t. I have been to a few different Chipotle and this one was by far the worst on portion size. The bottom of the bowls weren’t even covered after putting the rice in. Sadly we won’t be back.
