Ordered a mobile order after work. Was excited to eat a good meal after working 8 hours in the hot sun. Order was done at the time it was suppose to be. I only opened the bag to check if my side items were there, I didn’t check the bowl. Usually I don’t have my order wrong but this time it was so bad I had to drive 25 minutes back so they could correct it. Half of the ingredients I ordered in my bowl were missing! If I wanted rice, beans and chicken I would have gone to pollo loco for half the price. I wasted 1 hour and gas money for this inconvenience.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location today and had the most wonderful experience! Right from the start, Melissa was incredibly friendly and crafted my bowl with love and so much pride in her job. Lippsey was my excellent cashier and was very sweet as she made sure my order was exactly as I wanted. It was a smooth process and one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in all my years as a Chipotle customer. These ladies are a fine example of A+ customer service and I thank them for being absolutely amazing!

I went in a few times and I’m always being get a rude experience with a Small petite white girl with glasses I believe her name is Payton (Which is probably a manager.) I seen her a few times walk around with a tablet. I went in a few days ago as soon as I walked in before I even ordered she right off the bat told me they didn’t have any steak or guac and many other items. Basically making me feel like I can’t go order anything. Many times before hand she would ignore me or give me a dirty look and have someone else take my order. I work in management and I know that’s not how you treat customers. Other then that the food is amazing

I only ordered from this location because I had a gift card, as they had provided poor experiences in the past. The order was delivered very quickly, but I paid for extra cheese and I didn’t receive any cheese on my order. I will not be placing orders from this location moving forward.
