I’d give this location 0 stars if I could–very rude and horrible service by two employees, male and female, on shift @11:30am on 10/30/22. They got my order wrong multiple times and refuse to listen when I said that I want/didn’t want certain things. I just asked for a bowl and then they have this attitude with me! I didn’t say or do anything else!

Bad customer service, plain and simple. Rude cashier and an incompetent server that doesn’t listen and adds the wrong things. Simply makes for a frustrating experience and it means I won’t be coming back to this location. Horrible

Clean and good food everytime… its a fresh food so no worries or concerns… we used to get veggie Burrito or veggie sofritas everytime… i always wanted to try their chicken menu like chicken quesadillas, chicken burritos something like that… will update if i try them in future

Horrible service. One of the people working the line was visibly high and gave attitude the entire encounter. She was negligent of simple requests and was unnecessarily difficult to communicate with as she actively was attempting to get her coworkers to do her job for her and rolling her eyes every time I wanted to add a topping to my bowl. It would be nice to have people engaging with your paying customers in even a slightly welcoming way but she was absolutely unbearable.

This is the worst burrito bowl I have ever had at a Chipotle. The portion of steak they gave me was about half of what I normally receive. The fajita vegetables were raw, not just undercooked, but fresh vegetables sitting on the line like someone forgot they are supposed to be cooked. The person that served me was not very friendly either.
