Skip this location if you actually want to eat. Arrived at 3:37pm with maybe 2 customers in the whole store , no one in line, and the very first thing the guy behind the counter says there is no protein ready so we asked how long would it take to which he replied “the steak a while and chicken 10 minutes”. I understand that could happen after a rush and wouldn’t mind the wait however the guy clearly hates his job and they weren’t busy so why was there no food readily available on a Saturday mid day?? Honestly I’m sure it has everything to do with the staff and their customer service skills, or lack there of. Left and went to a different location.

One star because of the lady who work inside the kitchen her name is Martha 12:35pm. All good when I came to the store the guy who help me first for 6 Bowl he is good, Second Lady who help me with salsa and all she is good, third guy who make a bill he is good too.. but I just want to know which one bowl with no shower cream only I just ask the guy but that time lady Martha she just came to the counter (came by kitchen) she don’t no the conversation and she told me can you go OUTSIDE and separate and all because you BLOCK my another customer

This location is fairly stingy on protein servings. It feels like the workers bonus by having leftovers at the end of the night than serve proper servings. If you want your meal to be prepared properly, don’t do mobile order, so many corners are cut on mobile orders.

Not a pleasant visit. Rice was under-cooked. They were out of sauted veggies. On asking if they will refill, they said they were not going to as they ran out of them. Don’t know how they don’t keep track of veggies in stores like Chipotle. We really love veggies in our bowl. Also, the meat portion was literally half the spoon they serve with which was not the standard portion. Only good thing was when we asked to put whatever veggies were at the bottom of the vessel, he politely did it. Disappointed visit all together.

The employees are rude and don’t seem to care. After I finished paying the cashier nearly threw my bag at me, without a single word. On top of that the other employee ignored my asks and put a huge amount of sour cream and cheese on my bowl, making it almost inedible for my dietary needs. Won’t be returning to this location ever again.

This was my favorite place for chipotle. Today i was served by new staff. They haven’t told me in starting about miss items. Finally i end up with beans , rice and avocado. Staff is so unprofessional that they did give me extra avocados in place of missing tomatoes, corn, veggies, sour cream etc. so in veggie bowl i got beans and rice. Please bring your previous staff at-least they had manners to talk with respect to a customer. Zero value to money. In 10$ bowl I got beans , rice and arrogant staff.

Chipotle as a company is soo cheap. Literally the amount of meat they put on this burrito is for a small child. You can get a gigantic burrito anywhere else for the same price and it tastes better. Chipotle needs to stop having their staff serve you baby portions and charge you extra for an appropriate amount of meat because they gave you nothing in the first place. Don’t bother coming here anymore it’s not worth your money.

Drove 2 miles to get a bowl, but faced the super rude staffs. I asked for fajitas, they said they do not have it now!! I asked them when that would be ready, they said, “ we never now”!! I refused the bowl and left, so i never recommend this place to any body unless you want to face the idiocy.
