This place is a joke! Always out of everything. Salad didn’t even fill the bowl. Out of dressing. Out of lettuce. Out of guac. Too lazy to prep more. Small portions. I asked for just a bit more chicken and got the classic answer: we have to charge extra for that. Ha! I don’t recommend this place if you’re hungry. I’d understand if it was a busy Friday night before closing, but this was a Tuesday at 6:20pm for dinner. Out of everything = they don’t care about their guests. A lot of people say Chipotle is the best. I have rarely had a good experience at the Hollister location.

Updating my review. Chipotle really turned it around. The food has been really good. My favorite is the queso with chips. I always get a burrito bowl with chicken, they ain’t stingy either. It’s one of my favorite places to eat at now.

The food is decent. The staff for the most part is friendly and doesn’t seem like they dislike their jobs or having to be at work, with the exception of a plus sized manager that’s always there when I go. The manger is very rude and she doesn’t seem to like to do alot of work. She chews gum with her mouth open, waits for others to finish take to ask them to then do something she could’ve done. She never thanks the customers or wishes them a great day/night as she’s always cashiering. The part of the counter where the food is, is almost always a mess when she’s managing. The restaurant has plenty of spots that need cleaning. The drive thru pick up almost always has errors.

I used to live here in Hollister, still have family here and come to this chipotle when I’m in town. I must said that Spanish is my first language, I do speak English. When I came to order I was speaking Spanish so I went to order in Spanish, the girl seem like she would understand and she did then the next guy who finish he understood what I wanted I’m my bowl, then the cashier lady tells me “NOT everyone speaks Spanish in here. That make me feel awkward and uncomfortable. Went I went to paid and she was helping me she was rude and did not like her energy at all!! I just wanted to get out of there.

Big loud guy that works the register is rude, loud and uses profanity when speaking to coworkers. Portions can be skimpy but we’ve noticed employees load up on their own plates, especially the big loud guy.
