Guacamole and chips. The entire bag of chips was one huge grease bomb, completely soaking thru both the bag of chips and the main bag; plate was swimming in grease (see pix); all the chips must have been from the bottom of the batch as NONE were normal size; the entire order of chips were all the tiny, broken up chips. NOT edible and NOT ok. Attempted to call, but no one answered the phone.

This is a new location in Novato Ca. Already bad service, bad attitudes from employees. The good looks old ! The place is covered in trash and tables indoors and outdoors are covered with food from previous customers. There is no one cleaning the tables or replenishing straws, utensils, paper towels, etc. It reeks the smell of wet dogs due to homeless people camping out( I don’t blame them for wanting a meal) but it stinks in this place. The tables out side are super dirty. I called the local health department and Chipotle corporate to report this. Stay awAy!!!!! Please note most chipotle’s are like this… I will no longer eat or order from any Chipotle…. This is the state of their business ☠️

Food is standard chipotle quality, but don’t expect a well-wrapped burrito where every bite is a bit of everything you ordered. No, instead, expect the top half of the burrito to be purely rice and steak in the middle with pockets of beans here and there. Then, all the avocado and lettuce will be at the bottom by itself awaiting you. Seriously; can nobody roll a burrito these days so that each bite contains every scoop you ordered? I understand staff is difficult to come by and training is limited, so I wish them the best with this ongoing issue.
