They seriously give you almost no food at all when you do a mobile app order. The last few times I’ve gone it’s been absolutely ridiculous. Their prices are higher than ever and I’m only getting half the food now. Photos attached. These photos were taken before we began eating. Seriously, only half the bowl was filled…the employees here need to be retrained. I’m fine with paying higher prices, but I expect a meal to be filling. If you need to charge more on top of the already egregious inflation price increases, that’s fine, it is what it is, but don’t give us half-filled bowls. Really annoyed about how far downhill this particular chipotle has gone. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s only the last few months that this place started slipping.

My go to place for a quick grab on the go meal! Really like the new chicken flavor they have introduced. It is spicy and enhances other ingredients in the bowl/burrito. Would recommend it.

Whoever they put on cashier to help with to go/ pick up orders. Majority of the time they pretend they do not see you until 10 minutes later even if they’re not assisting anyone. They don’t have customer service approach and seem mad or have an attitude all the time. Only good one is the white and hispanic gentleman

The employees worked fast and in unison, but the serving size was not that great (compared to the other times I’ve ordered). It definitely felt strange to get charged for additional rice and protein when it was poorly rationed.

This Chipotle sucks. Definitely don’t recommend this place. The servers were rude, the portions were so small. The food was sloppy and they got the order wrong. Phoned in an order. Burrito bowl with rice chicken, veggies and queso. Got home and found only rice and very small amount of chicken. Went back and they told me sorry we’re out of veggies and queso. They were rude with us, wouldn’t refund our money. Told me if I wanted a refund I gotta call corporate. Shame on you Chipotle. Won’t be back.

Chipotle is my favorite but please do not come to this place. It’s filthy. The serving station is full of rice and beans everywhere, it’s dirty. The tables are sticky. And the behavior I got is absolutely horrible. The guy in counter literally threw stuff to the bag. He won’t give dressing for salad and got very angry when I asked sides for quesadillas which they should give without asking. I am surprised why chipotle do not do any check on the franchisees. I hardly believe they can get health permit

This location doesn’t know how to make a kids quesadilla apparently. Ordered two for pickup and they gave us empty shells with some meat and rice on the side. No cheese even. The bowls were oddly proportioned. Mostly sour cream. The salad bowl has almost no lettuce. They also mislabeled the meals.

This place is very stingy with their portion, I ordered online and barely found any meat in my burrito, I walked in today and I had to ask for little more for everything because they like to half scoop their portions. I got barbacoa burrito but there is no meat in my burrito, this is ridiculous.
