One word, HORRIBLE!!! Whoever owns this location should be embarrassed. Every time I go into this Stanford Mall location, it is a complete mess. From the service to food quality to the cleanliness.

Who’s in charge of this place? no manager? It is not the teenage employees’ fault because they get minimum wage and no manager. The pot is disgusting, the bathroom has no soap, credit card doesn’t work.

Understaffed and slow. Seven people waiting for their food, and you can’t order up front. It’s “online order only”. I suggest going to a different Chipotle or going to a better restaurant around the mall.

I did an online order and picked up my food. When I opened it there was a living bug in the lettuce. Moving and everything. It was disgusting!!

Don’t go here if you have a choice. This location was good until this past year. Online orders are always late, and they often have a sign on the door saying they are only accepting online orders. That’s fine (for me) since I always order ahead, but what’s not fine is ordering ahead, showing up 20 min later at the time the app says it should be ready, and then waiting around for another 30 minutes… for one burrito bowl. I really wish management would improve the performance of this store… but until then, do not bother ordering from here if you value your time.

Terrible store. Extremely dirty. Only accepting online orders during my visit, further resulted in delay of 30 mins than promised time online. Cutlery and tissue stations were completely empty. I ordered two items, one with meat and the other vegetarian, and clearly specified the labels. However, they failed to label my order at all. Overall, this store is poorly managed and unclean.

DISGUSTING LOCATION. Walked in Friday, 6/9 at 6:40pm and ordered 2 bowls. Should’ve left as soon as I saw the messy/ disgusting service line. As soon as we get to the meats, they’re out of chicken and so I order the new Chicken Al Pastor and there was barley a scoop left in the container. I asked if they had more and she said no. I said never mind and left. Ended up driving to another location. This was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at a chipotle. Where is the manager? They close at 10pm. How are you out of all chicken and why is the service line so dirty? So disappointing.

A bunch of staff obviously late for shift. My pickup order was 15 min + late. Line was long inside. A couple staff just walking around drinking Starbucks. Soda/water machine was broken so got tea. Half way through we realized there was gross floating stuff in the tea, who knows how long it has been there.

I’ve tried to give this Chipotle the benefit of the doubt and have tried it multiple times, but it’s not good. Everything is dirty, trash always overflowing, beverage station always empty (even at lunch time), an online order (the only way to order) always missing ingredients, and the team is so slow. I do understand it’s a busy place but for the last like 15 months, I’ve never seen it clean. I don’t know if there’s an in store manager, but things aren’t managed well.
