Came into the San Carlos Chipotle location for the first time and was disgusted when the server boy took his hand and smeared rice inside my tortilla instead of using the utensil. I had to tell him to toss it then he attempted to spread the the smallest amount of ingredients

My burrito was literally as small as a water cup. Look how small it is next to a tiny queso cup!! Smaller than a small water bottle! See attached pics for proof I’m notexaggerating. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be getting my money back. Please fire these morons.

I came to this same chipotle last year and was charged for every single things that used to be included otherwise, quantity was so little and as we sat down to eat few of employees friends showed up and oh boy you should have seen their bowls. Loaded up on everything it almost made me believe they give customers less quantity and charge them but when friends show up no charge and loaded up food is ready for them.

I dont know whats going on. Chipotle usually a very good place to buy your lunch. Not anymore! Every time I stop by the meat is less and less. The hands are shaking while they serving. What is happening? less rice less, less meat. Anyways please change this.
