Ordered a large chips with Queso and received a Queso that was 3/4 full. Some chips were soggy and majority was stale. Very disappointed. Side sauce was not closed all the way through. They did not put the tomato’s on the side as I had ordered. Worst Chipotle I ever had.

Went in tonight to get 2 bowls hardly anyone there 3 guys were working. They had no veggies I asked if there was any more coming the cook in the back said no with the worst attitude. Then I’m asking about the cheese being restocked the dude said its gonna take 40 MINUTES!!!!! it was dirty at the soda station only 2 forks. If you don’t wanna work at Chipotle than quit!!!

It was so dirty. The cashier Gisele was the worst. She took 10 minutes to put on her gloves. They only had chicken for meats. I got charged for guacamole even tho I didn’t order guacamole. The worst never again!

This was one of the cleanest chipotles I have ever been to. The staff was super friendly and very helpful in making our burrito bowls. We will definitely be coming back here in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality and I appreciate your restrooms being very clean and you cleaning every bit of the restaurant religiously. When there were no customers or only a handful of customers or no orders currently being placed the staff constantly kept cleaning. This goes to show that they are on their feet and active about the cleanliness.

If I could out no stars I would. The worse experience I had at a Chipotle. Ordered food online said it would be ready around 745pm. I asked how long will it take they said it will be 15-20 mins because on orders backed up. I understand that but after waiting 30 mins I asked again and they said 15-20 mins again. I told them I waited 30 mins the last time they said that. But I waited again and still my food wasn’t ready. I counted at least 50 to 60 people came in and ordered before I even got my food. You had employees on the main line have no one in line and just standing there when they could be helping out the online orders.

Went here for lunch and had the bowl, a little pricey and the steak was cold and dry. The place was busy for lunch and the staff was busy and not so friendly. Will try again but not at lunch time. I didn’t see their secret menu that other Chipotles have.

I had changed my mind on the guacamole and asked that it be removed being that I was going to be charged almost $3 for hardly no guacamole. The young lady that was helping me asked Micheal the manger about the serving and he said, if you want more we’ll charge you double. I told him that I wasn’t asking for more. I asked that the guac be taken off. Micheal literally made the young lady throw away the bowl and asked her to make me another bowl over guacamole?! So Micheal would rather WASTE a whole bowl of food, but want to charge me double for guacamole, how does that make since?
