During lunch rush, these servers were still at the top of their game and really nice. Delicious and fresh food as always. Go earlier than noon if you want good parking, as many shops in the area also get popular for lunch, with a rather small parking lot out front.

They’re taking forever to get orders ready , not to mention their terrible customer strict management and lack of competence. It’s not fast food anymore when they take 20 minutes to get your food ready. I wouldn’t recommend it , employees don’t smile acting like their under pay. The food was good and I liked the proportions but the only thing I didn’t like was the man in the back chopping up the meat. He looked like he was growing increasingly mad by the minute. There was no hiding it and looked like he wanted to explode with rage. If you’ve ever watched someone gradually grow angry it’s very loud for being so silent.

I’m a little confused of how this location is even open.. if they’re not out of items their machines are down one of the workers were nonchalant about it. Last week, like oh yeah we just haven’t got it fixed. I understand your location maybe a busy one. you guys know down to the very minute how many customers you get and what they order. How is it at the other Chipotles always have working machines am I member of the items as much as you guys are it makes no sense. Stop being lazy sit down and see how many people ordering what and order your supplies accordingly. No supplies no customers equal no jobs.

Very disappointed. We’ve chosen his Chipotle over others as they don’t make their chicken to spicy. My husband placed an online order as he has done in the past. When he came home the order was a complete mess. Three out of the four orders were way way way wrong. My kids each ordered a make your own taco kit. They received a quesadilla one with chicken and one with steak. I ordered a burrito and received a bowl.

Ordered an al pastor chicken burrito and an al pastor chicken/steak bowl for pick up last night around 9:50pm. Never ordered chipotle this late, but now i know not to. Barely any meat/guac and no mild or medium sauce in both items. All i got was a dry burrito with loads of rice. Last time ordering from this location. Should have read the reviews, they definitely make sense if they’re out of items.

Terrible experience. Every time I come to this location they always get something wrong. First time they didn’t add my guacamole which I had purchased, and this time they screwed up my order and only did half of it and the rest of the vegetables were missing. I’m not someone to complain, but it is absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay for this type of garbage service.
