The restaurant had two people inside eating and 2 people outside eating. Nobody in line before or after us. The place was filthy! They had around 4 employees hanging out by office talking and joking. Server came to make our burritos and never cleaned the counter before preparing our food. The one picture you can see him making my burrito off to the side of the slopped on mess. You can scroll in and see dirty grill. Every table inside and had food particles on it. Drink area lemonade empty, the other 3 didn’t have labels. There was spilled liquid, straw papers, napkins littering the area and floors. Food looked old, guacamole was almost empty, along with lettuce. We paid for food and promptly returned it, uneaten.

This chipotle sucks. I’ve been in probably 5-10 times, and every time they’ve been out of something, whether that be rice, beans, salsa etc. The place is always thrashed, it’s understaffed. The same person making burritos with be working register meanwhile other employees will be in the back. It takes forever, is insanitary, understaffed, and it’s literally been like this every single time I’ve been there. Last time I was in, I saw an employee drop something on the ground, pick it up to throw away, then continue to make a burrito without washing hands after touching the ground. I’ve never left a bad review in my life, but the employees here need to be better trained. I blamed chipotle corporation for not training better and having more people staffed. I wouldn’t blame any one employee, but the company as a whole for operating such a poorly run restaurant. Never again will I be eating here, and everyone I know who has been here feels the same way. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 35 years, and when we open for the day, we are ready! But not Chipotle. At the Santa Maria and Arroyo Grande location, my experience has been disappointing. At both locations, I’ve gone in between 11:30 and 11:45, and the bins are not all filled. Yesterday at 11:45 in Santa Maria, they were still cutting the vegetables that would still need to be cooked. So, that means they would not be ready for business until at least an hour after opening. I like the food, but I am done with this business.

The new location is perfect, there is parking and it isn’t super crowded anymore. The staff was friendly and professional, and I was in and out of the store in no time! 5/5 Stars will go again.

Chipotle it’s fresh, healthy for the most part. But our SMaria location no matter what day, is almost always out of something. Bread, no butter, cereal, no milk… you can count on no veggies, or no guacamole, no chicken. I don’t know why they haven’t accounted for the food they’ll need on any giving day. It’s Hella frustrating. And you’re in line for at least a day. Service is either lacking or non-existent. Where’s the management at this location??? Was never like this when they were next to Panda, if so, not nearly as much! Get some staff, and stock up!!!

I have seen public toilets that were cleaner than this establishment. When it first opened it was pretty good… the portions were low and the orders were basically never right. I didn’t feel like I was going to get sick from the food at least. Now I will not be going back and have finally been cured of my addiction to Chipotle because of this place.

I use to work for Chipotle the old one by panda and let me tell you this place is just sad. The food looks like it’s been sitting there for hours you can tell because the food would stick to the sides of the containers in the hot box. The food is never fresh and this restaurant is known for fresh food and high standards. I’m sure lifespan of the food in the hotbox is expired. I let it slide 2 times already but enough is enough what are the kitchen managers and the service managers doing they letting this place look like a dump.

When I walked into this location there were 3 people in front of me two people working the line and they had zero personality! And super slow! By the time I got to the order area, there were 8 people In-line. When people walked in there was no greeting from either of the workers and no personality they talked to each other while I was standing in front of them. The stars I awarded are for. The Quality of the food which was delicious.
