There were more people behind the counter than in line and it still took 15 minutes to receive a meal. They were, and are consistency out of rice, beans, and protein. I’m not trying to convince anyone if chipotle is good, it is, this store is just about the worst example of one that I’ve been to. Posting so maybe someone in a managerial position can wrangle in the awful service and poor food prep. Drink station is also consistently out of napkins, utensils, and looks messy.

The female managing the register was extremely rude! She has no shame nor accountability. I don’t know who the manager is but the place looks dirty and allows the team to treat people impolitely. I was very polite when asking for a fork and she answered with such a condescending tone that they were out. This was out loud in front of everyone in the restaurant. A customer next to me said “don’t feel bad, these people are the worst” he advised me to order online so that I don’t have to communicate with the workers.

Wow! Didn’t want to believe the reviews I guess. I got exactly what everyone said, poor service, dirty, long line and out of meats and condiments. It’s like management is rationing daily prep. It’s not like they get stuff fresh daily… flipping open up tomorrows prep get people what they pay for, get higher reviews, better morale and more money. Seems like a small trade off for possibly a little food waste and adjusting weekly or bi-weekly orders. The 2nd star was for the food being tasty at least.

You literally can stand by the take out shelf for half an hour before anyone even acknowledges you. It’s sad because if you’re polite you won’t get help you literally have to demand service especially if you are waiting for an order. Do better! Update your customers, tell them you’ll be right with them when you can. A little bit of communication goes a long way!

lil white boy in the front making my bowl dumped a gallon of hot sauce on my food making it hard to eat ( yes i asked for hot sauce but not that much damn ) also the night shift crew was blasting rock music extremely loud, it seemed like everyone sitting down eating rushed out. so disrespectful. wont be coming back.

I went to this location and ordered a chicken burrito earlier today. I got food poisoning tonight from said burrito. The staff have been very rude to myself and others on at least two different occasions this year, ignoring us or snapping at me when I asked about one of the options on the menu. Finally, I have previously waited over an hour for a single order. Do not eat from this location. Don’t do it.

This restaurant is the epitome of substandard. Not everyone agrees but I think Chipotle is delicious, generally. This specific location is filthy, foul smelling, poorly staffed, and slow. It’s always been worse than any other I’ve been to but it’s managed to get even worse lately.

I’d rather be at the DMV! I have given them 4 chances with an online orders. All 4 times the food was not ready anywhere near the pickup time. Once it was almost 30 min late. There’s always a line for the online orders. While this is happening, the staff completing the online orders are taking their time and living their best life.
