Disappointed on my online order. Order two chicken Al pastor salad bowls. One, hardly any salad. I ordered fajitas. They didn’t put any fajitas on any of those orders. They put Xtra chicken which I ordered on the wrong order. We also ordered chips and they were stale. So expensive and very disappointing.

Loving this place even more. Food options are great. I usually get the salad (also called Burrito Bowl or Lifestyle Bowl). My salad is pretty much a tortilla-less burrito but I get every topping minus the $1 extra guacamole . This day I got a humongous carnitas burrito that I ate at Emma Wood State beach with the Wifey while watching the Sunset. Beautiful Combo! (FYI – the restrooms at Chipotle are super clean!!)

Normally I guess I’d give a Chipotle 3.2 stars… but seriously people? You’re in Southern California and can’t find better Mexican options than Chipotle? Try downtown Oxnard next time. The food here is what it is. They are relatively fast serving it most days, and are also open “late night” for the city of Oxnard (10pm), which is a good 3 hours past the Oxnard’s bedtime. The city needs its beauty rest apparently because there is mostly nothing going on in this town after 8pm…except Chipotle and Von’s.

I went in last night October 24th 2021 around 9:05 with my family … Alexander was amazing help, very friendly and excellent employee.. Ive been to a few Chipotles in the past and when I usually ask for a little bit extra some employees in the past have gave me the look of disgust of “EFF MY JOB” “WHY AM I HERE” “Ughhh” .. But when my family and I asked Alexander he did the complete oppisite by bieng proffessional and even asked if we would like more and wished us a great night .. Take a Look at My evidence of my burrito it speaks for itself trully is a work of art … This burrito would have knocked my grandma off her feet if I chucked it at her from 6 feet for not following the covid distance but luckily she wasn’t there and second I would never have thrown anything at her but It sure made me laugh writing this .. We had excellent service will be Back for More !!!!!!!

I ordered online for pickup, but when I got in my car and opened the bag, I discovered that my side of burrito, for which I had paid, was missing. Carnitas are disgusting.

Ok so I never leave reviews cause I never eat out and this is exactly why . I ordered through the app to pick up my burrito which is always my go to and when I went home I took a bite of my burrito and there was SO much corn which I never ordered. I was so mad and also i Paid for extra sour cream and there was none. Now I forgave them for that cause maybe it was just a mistake. The second time I went and ordered the same exact burrito , I went home and here we go again, they made my burrito soooo wrong and messed it up in all ways possible. Thankfully I got a refund and they remade my burrito but I’m never coming back here again. Bai ✌

Actually the best chipotle don’t know why the reviews are bad. Everyone is super nice and has the best flavor out of any other chipotles in Ventura, also is the cleanest and it makes me feel comfortable eating here lol. I literally drive 10 miles for this chipotle because it’s that good lol
