I ordered through the app (4/1 around 5pm). The staff doesn’t seem to know the words extra and double. I paid an extra $5 and added meat and add extras such as vegetables and rice cheese, but there is no corn, salsa and guacamole (extra $2.65) is as much as a snot. Is this really 21 bucks?

Stopped by here yesterday to pick up a bowl to eat on the way home and when I opened it the sour cream was curdy and looked more like blue cheese then sour cream and the rice was undercooked would definitely not recommend coming to this location.

This used to be my go to Chipotle. However, the past few times I’ve ordered from here the portions have been so small. Sides of queso have been less than half full, double protein has been less than a standard protein amount, and any time I ask for extra anything it just does not happen. Furthermore, the staff really isn’t helpful in correcting issues and couldn’t care less about complaints.

Along with all the other negative reviews, I will say that it really just isn’t that hard to get an online order correct. Please make sure your staff don’t have underlying mental illnesses because with the way food is made here is seriously scary. My order was nowhere near correct. Not just that but who would order a bowl with just beans and meat? that could be eaten in 5 bites. This place just confuses me. I will be contacting everyone I need to contact at chipotle to make sure justice is served.

Tried it for the third time and now I can consistently say this restaurant goes above and beyond with their portion sizes and service. There’s this Asian girl with blond highlights that always gives plenty of rice and always asks how my day was and honestly a credit to the store. Go to this one!! And ask for Serene if you can.

I made a very large catering order online for a party. When ordering online there is an option to have the food delivered. I chose to have the food delivered, however 5 minutes before the food was supposed to be delivered, I got a text saying that they would not be able to have it delivered. I then tried to call the store and their automated system took 10 minutes to finally get through to someone. Once I finally got through to someone, the store associate said that they aren’t able to deliver the order. Then the general manager told me the same thing and said that I had to come pick up the order. The worst part is that I still got charged the delivery fee. It really bothers me when management can’t find solutions to the problems that are responsible for. I will not be ordering catering from chipotle again.

Bad experience with manager juan. Went to pick up online order and it was not on shelf. I asked an employee and he did not know about the order. That employee asked another employee and i told them the name one more time. They grabbed a bag that was in the back and repeated the name. I said yes. I realized it ddnt have the drink. So i went back to store and asked if it was right. They said yes one of the employees check the bag and then gave me drink. When it food was opened it was incorrect. I went back to store explained to juan and he pretended like i was not there. I repeated myself and his answer was, “i didn’t give it to you”. It was an unprofessional response from him. So i asked to speak with manager. Juan said he was the manager. So i told him that it was his responsibility to know what was goin on in his restaurant. He asked for the food back even though i had already dropped it off. He said he needed the food back. I told him i was not going to go get it back and he needed to fix this. He did redo the order without telling me he was going to redo it and then he went and hid in the back because he knew hus response was rude. One of the employees handed me the order and i asked what the managers name was and he said ” i don’t know. I think its juan”. So i asked to to speak with him again and asked for his name because they would not tell me. I was nice to everyone when i picked up the food and when i told them it was wrong. I dont know why juan would respond in such a rude way. Very unprofessional.

The rice was under cooked There was no place to sit down every table was dirty and all the trash was full I had to ask if they could wipe off a table so that I could eat cook your food and clean up your restaurant
