Soo I got a bowl here and the meat was cold, which is really disappointing because i ordered carnitas and all they have to do for carnitas is warm them up in a pot, they come precooked. My rice was partially hard and the chips had no salt or lime taste. Also they said they were gonna charge me for extra rice (and the rice was hard anyway) which Is weird so I asked when that became a thing, they said it’s always been like that but some managers don’t enforce it. Weird because I used to work for Chipotle and NONE of my managers ever mentioned anything like that, maybe it’s a new change or maybe they didn’t enforce it, buy if you’re manager is so strict that they enforce charging for extra rice, then why aren’t they so strict that the food is prepared properly?

The food was very salty. The girl serving the food was not friendly, she couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear her. She was very rude to me.. maybe long morning?! The food overall was okay, had better at other locations. Also the food looked a little dry, the grilled veggies were uncooked. Yucky !

This chipotle ABSOLUTELY skimps on meat portions. When asked if they could give me a bit more, they refused. Employee rushed through making my bowl when there was no one else in line. Most likely won’t be coming back to this location. Other locations aren’t this bad.

This location is a disappointing one. Several occasions that I’ve been here their white rice was severely undercooked. Almost felt like you were chewing uncooked rice grains.

First time at Chipotle, decided to get dinner for the whole family. We usually get carne asada so we did this time too. The steak was inedible, gristly and fatty. The manager did give us a refund which was nice. I don’t think I’ll eat there ever again unfortunately.

The flavor wasn’t great at this location. I was surprised by the inconsistent flavor, Chipotle is usually consistent. The employee behind the counter was quickly shouting his questions and I was the only guest. I felt rushed it was pretty funny.

I’m a regular Chipotle customer at this location. Always get good portions, but today was the worst. I ordered a chicken burrito with “double chicken” and what I received was a small burrito with less than regular amount of chicken! Extra chicken is $2 extra or somewhat around there. Overall this has been the worst experience yet. Had just finished a heavy workout and was looking forward to this. Hopefully they stop being stingy or might start going elsewhere.
