I had the chicken al pastor bowl and added guacamole. it was very tasty and I would have it again. we also tried tacos and they were good also. I had just joined the rewards club and tried to get the free chips and guacamole but was told you couldn’t get it until 24 hours after joining. the cashier gave me free guacamole on my order to compensate, thank you. seems like a pretty poor reward when you have to wait 24 hours to get it and you have to use it within a week. why bother ??? also in the confusion it forgot to scan my order so didn’t get credit for the visit. will return sometime in the future.

This chipotle is the same as the other Chipotles. It ain’t bad but it’s a chain so what do you expect? Actually it’s not bad, it’s very good. A lot of high schoolers come here to eat. They give a little less than other Chipotles would but I attribute that to their smaller restaurant and grill .

I love chipotle and come here for lunch to get a burrito. Recently I noticed that they have been very inconsistent with the sizes of the burritos. The burrito on the left in the photo is the size that I’m used to. Today I went to pick up my order and found the smaller burrito on the right in my bag. This has been happening now about half the times that I go there. I don’t really understand why there would be such a huge difference so often and it makes me feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth when it happens. I got it remade, but they definitely looked at me funny for complaining.

I don’t know why tf this Chipotle always does this. They never open at 10:30, when it says they are supposed to open. Always opens several minutes late, when there are already nearly a dozen people waiting outside. Really poor management. Change that.

By far the worst Chipotle location you can ever go to. Of course it can get packed when it is in such a busy area but that doesn’t give the employees the right to treat customers with disrespect. Apparently there are no such things as portions here because here it is only light.. light everything. Im not sure if they are rationing because workers are just lazy but they are inconsiderate. No where here did I say they are rude; just plainly unprofessional. You can literally ask for extra EVERYTHING still leave with a half bowl. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Lincoln where professionalism and service is their top priority. 1 star just for Chipotle serving their food. Not for the management or the service here. At least give proper portions to make up for sorry service. Apologize for the review but you guys can definitely do better. Im not going here anymore.
