As a former chipotle worker I am disappointed on how dirty this dine was. 3 people on line and the cashier was just standing there rather than at least cleaning up a little. The trash was spilling and the aguas frescas were all empty.

Located in a shopping center on a hill with 360 degree scenic views. The ideal customer experience is mostly done by nature, if the crew doesn’t screw up. I’ve been here from time to time, over the years. It’s pleasant to grab a bite, not too crowded, and enjoy the vibe and the interactions. Then work out in the nearby park, even higher up the hill, with more breathtaking views.

I find it hard not to judge the cleanliness of the food prep area since it’s right in front of our face. All locations seem to vary based on the people working or the over site of managers. This used to be one of the clearest locations I have been to since at least 2007 or so when this one opened. I go between this one and the other Anaheim hills store since my house is in between them. The cross contamination between the salsa and the sour cream is always a problem but I mix them in my bowl anyways. The fajita mix was better this time then normal I saw green and red colors vs all black and burnt and greasy. Overall it is what it is a crapshoot if your going to get fresh food like when they start the day.

One of the worst service. The portion you get is always less than what you expect and should get. Manager is very rude and unreasonable. Kept arguing that the beef bowl portion was right. I’m posting the photo, please judge for yourself. They have the worst service. You don’t get what you pay for both on quality and service.

Exactly what we wanted! From the smiling, friendly staff to the amazing food – this place rocks! My fiance’s chicken burrito was bursting (literally could not even be rolled up) with ingredients and flavor! My sufritas tacos were killer! And the chips! OMG! Don’t leave here without a bag of chips! Thank you Chipotle for your great customer service and wonderful food!

JOSE the manager is very poorly educated on the Point of sale system, he was unable to accommodate for my birthday burrito and I ended up having to pay on my birthday LOL what a joke of a manager. Won’t be coming here again… felt embarrassed on my birthday… I am a loyal customer and JOSE the manager cant figure out how to comp a birthday burrito LOOOOL hire better managers. Jose is terrible.
