I visited on Friday afternoon right before rush hours to have an early dinner at chiplote. The food overall was great but the atmosphere was slight dirty. I felt this restaurant is either short of staff or do not even bother cleaning up the mess on the table after customer left. There are rice on the table not cleaned up even though there aren’t many people dine in.

This is the second visit I’ve had to drive back after picking up a mobile order to have them remake it. $10 for a bow and it looks like someone ate part of it when in reality it was just poor service. Either fall in line and have them make it in-front of you or open up your order before you leave.

Very rude old lady was serving me on 3/28/23 at 4:38, on my request to have double meat of steak she put a single portion telling me it’s double, I called the manager but she was the manager, the worst manager person ever! I eat at chipotle every single day, I want my portion the same size! Please take action to this person, it’s unacceptable to have such a unprofessional person managing my local Chipotle!

This is the worst chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl and there was no chicken . The lettuce, sour cream, corn salsa was missing. There was only rice, beans, cheese, and tomato. The rice was also undercooked.

Got the bowl and a burrito. Lovely, healthy and filling. You can’t go wrong. The one thing I would say is I needed to ask the waiter to change gloves which should be done with every new order with out being asked. Otherwise all good.
