I have always been a fan of Chipotle and this location is definitely one of the best. The meat is tender and juicy, the staff is upbeat and happy, and they always have Tabasco sauce on deck. The new organic lemonades and Aguas Frescas hit the spot to wash down every bite.

Queso is always boiling hot. I finished my whole burrito and it was still steaming hot. The plastic container is even soft like it’s almost melting that cannot be healthy. I’ve asked them to turn the temperature down and they say they will but they don’t change anything. Whoever is managing this location is failing at quality control makes me wonder what else they’re being lazy about

Placed an order online for a chicken burrito. When I picked up there wasn’t a single piece of meat in the burrito. Called the store and spoke with the “manager” who said there’s nothing she can do unless I go back. Well good luck retaining your customers with such poor level of customer service!

The meat, rice and beans should have been kept hotter. Steam table temperature may be too low, perhaps to save energy at the possible expense of food-borne illnesses. And hotter hot food would taste better.

This location always tries to cheat you on the portions. You get 2/3 of a scoop of meat at best. What’s worse is that the employees are rude to you if you try to ask for a full scoop.

Even though this location is not the nearest I go out of my way. The food is always good and the staff always has a good attitude. Would like to say that Terrance has a work ethic that is above other employees that I have seen everywhere not just here. He was constantly cleaning and organizing the counter, sweeping and even wiping the sneeze guard. Good work ethic should not go unnoticed and for this reason I would like to recognize him. GOOD WORK.
