Because we have so much excellent Mexican food in Southern California I’ve always ripped on this place, but in reality it’s really good. The quality of the food is good, the portions are huge, and the prices are fair. I hate corporate chain food, but overall they’ve done a great job for a bunch of white people making Mexican food.

I will never order from any Chipotle again. I am so annoyed by Chipotles system. You are not able to speak to a manager and then they put you through hell trying to get any kind of assistance from the corporate office. I have been ordering for years with minor discrepancies with my order here and there but the last 3 time i have ordered the rice has not been cooked. My son has also gotten chicken that is undercooked before. Who knows what else isn’t fully cooked. I tried to peacefully speak to the manager but the days of actual customer service are obviously gone when you can’t even call an establishment to voice a complaint. This could have ended with a refund or a free guac but now you have lost a loyal customer forever.

We came here for a school fundraiser, and I was told that I needed to download the app to get the credit to apply to the school. When I pointed out the verbiage on the flyer, she asked for help from a mgr and things were fixed just fine. Since the sodas are to-go only (due to CoVid), the employees fill the cups at the normally self-serve fountain dispensers. I had to ask the server to add more to the cup of lemonade, since she did a terrible pour. The bowls don’t fit in the to-go bags, so the food ended up lopsided on the trip home (see picture). Our side of Guacamole had a large, hard brown piece in it (see picture). Aside from that, the food was good.

would give zero stars if i could.… this place is usually very consistent, but Friday was different. i ordered a bowl with rice, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, chicken, and carnitas (half & half). i started eating it, but noticed everything tasted like peanuts and peanut oil. a family member of mine ordered a chicken and rice burrito the same night (and was perfectly fine) i was violently ill… threw up almost everything immediately after eating it. i NEVER throw up. i’m extremely disappointed and upset.. this place is usually so consistent and that’s my usual order. don’t get the carnitas, or better, don’t eat here in general

They have the best chips I’ve ever had. A hint of lime and dash of salt. Perfect combination. The food is really good too. Guac is extra but that’s because it is delicious. Customer service is always polite and professional.

I normally hate tacos and burritos and stuff but at Chipotle their burritos are the only place I like them. I like how healthy they are and how convenient it is. Overall a great ace for lunch and dinner

This is honestly the best Chipotle in south OC. The food here is so good, always cooked right and fresh af. The employees here too are so nice and thoughtful. I love this location and honestly can’t go to another chipotle.

Seems like the employees do no want to work here or just like to chat and sit around. Maybe they’re not busy enough. Not to mention my burrito was soggy because of all the watery mild sauce. Avoid this chipotle

Nice burrito not too spicy but I did blow up my toilet after it

I have eaten at a lot if Chipotle restaurants. I would avoid this location. The food is fine but the service is horrible. As you move down the line you have to ask them twice on each ingredient to give you an appropriate amount. I asked the person and she just looked at me with dead eyes. There is a taco bell in the same center. I’d rather eat there. Avoid.
