The staff is very polite and the food in terms of quality is about what you expect from chipotle. But this location in particular has a problem with over portioning to the point where the food is difficult to eat and disgusting to look at. They also tend to get mobile orders wrong either leaving out items or incorrect ingredients in food. At the end of the day it’s a gamble, I like ordering double meat so if you wanna save money it’s a pretty safe bet that they’ll over stuff your burrito. But if you want a chipotle sized burrito that’s easy to eat and won’t make you feel stuffed or sick, I’d just try a different location. (Burrito in photo is freshly unwrapped has no extra meat and normal added guac)

I just moved to Cali from WA State and this by far was the best experience on the first day of our move. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. And the staff is incredibly professional and welcoming. My cashier was Miguel, by far the best customer service I have ever received at any food place. He was very patient while my young children were ordering and also helpful in ordering. And than Eric and Oscar are two other great employees (one of them is the chef) who also gave us a warm welcome to Cali. The food was so good I asked who the chef was and than Miguel introduced me to them. My kids felt so comfortable and started saying is everyone so nice and friendly in Cali 🙂 I believe having amazing people like Miguel, Oscar & Eric is what makes a business thrive and creates long lasting customers so kudos to all three of them Miguel, Oscar & Eric for such an amazing experience!

This was my first visit to any Chipotle restaurant. Over the years I heard friends and others rave about their food. I ordered a steak burrito and a side of queso. Firstly everyone told me the burritos were huge. Mine was as big as my Pixel 6. Pretty small to me. The steak was chewy and did not have much flavor. $2.80 for a side of queso is outrageous. Not worth the price. Will not be returning. I would rather have a Del Taco burrito. Bigger and better. Live and learn. See pic below. One bite taken for size reference.

I have to remember not to come back to this Chipotle. Terrible customer service. Just a horrible experience. I was soo upset I went and returned the food. I will not be back.

Usually love the food at chipotle, especially this one. But the tall blonde girl serves us with an attitude and no pleasant communication. Her closest form of a positive attitude was saying “have a good day” in a mumbled and violent tone. unacceptable. We made the drive to our destination which took about 45 minutes just to realize she didn’t give us forks, or napkins, forcing us to use our fingers like undeveloped barbarians. Never again chipotle, never again.

Do not place mobile orders at this location. They stare at guests waiting and don’t ask their names. They keep pick up orders in the back. Total wait time (including not being asked) was 10 minutes. You could order in the line faster. I came into the aliso Viejo location on 1/10 at 5:36pm. Female worker with black hair.

Very clean location, but the service is very slow. Took 10 minutes to get served with three people ahead of me. Poorly managed location!

Placed a mobile pickup order on the app. I was 15-20 minutes late to pick it up. Turns out order was stolen 10 minutes before I showed up. I gave them my last name and then they asked to see proof that I ordered it on my phone. I find that funny considering they didn’t ask for proof from the person that took my order. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to be remade.
