RUDE employees. The girl with the ugly heavy makeup is rude and unhelpful. Everytime I order from here they always take forever. Never even fill up the queso all the way and rush on orders. Racist employees ask certain people to verify order and basically force you to show it. 0/10 would recommend. Never coming again.

As good as they come, food wise. One of the smaller locations but nice. Asked for a side of citrus juice and told me they would have to “pull more down.” Having worked at one before, I know it comes in a jug like milk, and that it’s always stoked near the cook because it’s used in half the stuff there. Regardless, opening a new jug shouldn’t have been prompt to tell me they can because of it.

I ordered online. The order was completely wrong. Ordered chicken got sofritos. And other wrong contents. When I asked why I got wrong or how it can be fixed. They said talk to customer care. The first time I ordered, they did a great job, so I ordered a second time. With this experience, there won’t be a third time.

I’m very disappointed. I spent $50 plus with a nice tip for “customer service.” they forgot some of my items, and when i called to ask for my refund, they said i had to call the main office. Can’t even do a simple refund. No more tipping these workers if they can’t even do their job right.

RASICT!! PREJUDICE ENVIRONMENT!! The 2 older mid-age women with braces and big backs and necks that hate their jobs so much, who also wouldn’t give out there names when I mentioned calling corporate. ( Angelica which was on the receipt ) Blond hair with glasses on the register. Nasty attitude !!!! Should never be around anyones food. The other lady who had black hair was heavyset with braces and thick lenses for glasses with enough makeup on to fall off into the food who claimed to be the “Manager” never washed her hands when touching the food made before mine. They’re Lame Miserable older women obviously and made the atmosphere just as such. They charged me for extra side of 1.55 for vingerette because I called them out on there bs. PLUS when I finally got home to eat , there was PLASTIC COOKED into the beans on my bowl. Pathetic people!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere. The one on Van Buren is so much better even if it is farther.
