I purchased my bowl and bottle drink. And i requested a water cup. Cashier said they dont have it. I said give me any cup i am going to put water in it. Because i have already purchased bottle drink. He said go to next door to me ♂️ what an small brain, what a poor customer service. Unbelievable. Then i had to put my water into sauce cups.

I absolutely love chipotle but this one in mountain grove has made my orders wrong multiple times and just today I found a fair sized piece of plastic in my food. The food alone is amazing but it’s hard to enjoy it when they constantly mess my order up or have objects in my food

It’s clean people are nice , I always get my food to go, next to all the Hotspots in the plaza. Food is good , parking can be a pain because it’s shared with a plaza , outdoor sitting available that’s apart of the plaza . It was about 29.00 for two bowls , chips and Salsa and 2 pineapple orange banana juices which was pretty fire . So it’s very affordable, and somewhat healthy . And it’s vegetarian friendly. I got the salad bowl with tofu and white rice.

It was very busy, and my mobile order wasn’t on the shelf. I wasn’t sure where to go, and the line was long. After a while, I decided to just go up to the counter and ask. They happily gave me my order. The food was great! I only took away 1 star because of the online order confusion.

Quite possibly the worst chipotle in Southern California both in food quality and customer service. Plenty of better alternatives within walking distance. Avoid this disaster at all costs. Their emergency exit door which is supposed to be unlocked during business hours is also locked constantly.

WORST LOCATION. The plaza is designed by idiots. Took 20mins to find parking, just so I could pick up my take-out order. By this point in time the food was cold and they didn’t even do my order correctly. I asked for extra lettuce, they gave me a few shreds of green. I asked less/light on the cheese, a quarter of the burrito was cheese. I ordered steak as the meat option, so it was obvious there was barely any meat when I counted 5 pieces. What am I paying for —you can’t even read the order correctly and give me moneys worth in food? Also, what genius decided to close down the location on Orange St.? I have choice words for them.

Went to Chipotles which is across from the Harkins movie theater -none of the food items are labeled you have to ask the server constantly what is this- what is that- the above menu options are so small to read- better bring your reading glasses or have 20/20 vision-the food wasn’t bad -my biggest complaint was the server did not tell us it would be extra for the queso which was $2.65 and the same for the guacamole $2.65-I would go back but I would ask if there are any additional charges for menu options
