The food is good. The reason for the lower rating has more to do with the corporate level. You don’t get points from the rewards program. Their point system hasn’t worked for weeks, but their website doesn’t offer the ability to complain about it, so I’m making it known here. Don’t bother signing up for the rewards program or downloading the app.

First and last time going to this Chipotle. Meat wasn’t cooked very good. Rice was undercooked and hard. Beans were undercooked and hard. Lettuce was turning brown and soggy. Pico de Gallo had 98% tomatoes. Also gave such small portions (which I didn’t complain about this time). So gross! Gives CHIPOTLE a Bad impression!

Very disappointed on how myself and everyone before and after me were getting served,for 2 people we pay about 30 bucks for a bowl I expect the serving size and not half the serving size,I saw 3 people’s bowls before and after me were getting skimped on the rice and protein,and then to sit there and charge extra when you know your employees are not putting the correct amount,shame on you!

Don’t order delivery from here . They will make a random burrito of their choice , added with a bunch of their favorite items . I ask for three things in my burrito : rice , beans , fajitas not including the no charge guac with veggie burrito . What I get : rice , beans , sofritas that I didn’t ask for , corn that I didn’t ask for , some creamy white sauce that I didn’t ask for , no guac when I should get guac on a veggie burrito for no charge . Then to top it off they don’t even put the chips and guac in my bag . They have done this many times . And it really is starting to feel intentional. Terrible service . Fire your staff they are clowns that purposely mess up your order if you order on Uber eats . This is about the third time this has happened and I’m done ordering food from there . These guys make clowns seem smart .

I will never come here again. The steak had a lot of fat in it. It only had a few pieces of meat. I’ve been to many Chipotle and never had this issue. Also they didn’t give me my drink for the kids meal.
