Order online and wait 30 min? When I could have just walked in and ordered and gotten my food faster. I made the mistake of using the restroom while waiting. Gag horrible! Looks like it’s never been cleaned since Covid! Totally lost my appetite

This is my teenage sons favorite, he goes to this location all the time. He loves the rice and black beans. They are usually very quick. However after covid they have been short staffed, one time they were only taking online order when we arrived because of not having the staff, so I had to order on my phone while in the restaurant. That said they have always gotten our order right and food is fresh. So even with the staff issues I am giving them a 5 star! I like the fact they are one of the few eateries that offer Coke Zero but I also enjoy the ice tea!

This chipotle location is very poorly managed. Hygiene is poor, staff is unpolite, and untrained. Disorganization is a huge problem here leading to long wait times. Every time I visit this location they are out of multiple items so I never come out with what I really want. One of the employees responded to one of the customers saying “we like it ghetto in here.” This chipotle location at Poway does not live by the values of the company.

This is my favorite chipotle in the area. The people here are super friendly. The food is most often fresh, tasty, and well prepared. The portions are reasonable especially given our current “fakeflation.” Sometimes the lobby is messy, but the food and friendly staff are what keep me coming.

Horrible! As soon as I walked in I noticed the place was filthy. Should have walked out but my daughter wanted to try. Tables dirty not wiped – trash cans overflowing, beverage bar tea all empty. I got a chicken bowl with rice and added brown guacamole, corn lettuce. Food poisoning for two days!

Mariah is amazing!!! I needed help with my catering order….she listened to me and recommended changes. The Catering phone line did Not Help at all…even when I asked to be transferred to the direct store. Mariah saved the day….and I am forever grateful!!!!

I enjoy the food here! Tonight we ordered the 3 chicken hard shell tacos. I thought they tasted very good. The other night my boss ordered it for us and I had the chicken burrito fully loaded with pretty much everything on it. That was also good and the burrito was huge! Overall good food and good service I will be going back after not eating there for awhile. Glad I came back!
