Everything was good about this place. I come here often. Mostly Saturdays and my food is always good. Read the reviews and thought I wasnt going to like this place. But I was so pleasantly surprised that they were wrong! Hot and fresh is the best.

To anyone have Chipotle, I believe it is just about the place to be like any other Chipotle. The food in general is just like any other, but I would like to just hope that the management can focus a bit more on the cleanliness of the place, and the consistency of the food being given.

Honestly I was so disappointed, I ordered a burrito with guacamole in it but I love guac so I ordered a side of it too. I was eating my burrito it was pretty okay until I put the guacamole in it and it was nasty. I smelled the guacamole and it didn’t smell like nothing so I tasted it and it was expired. It went bad so I was upset with that. I take another bite of my burrito thinking maybe the side guac was from the night before but nope. It was just very upsetting. Chipotle isn’t cheap and their guacamole isn’t either and for me to have eaten expired guacamole is just not acceptable.

Take in mind that I went a little after 7 pm. And that a full like of 5 customers showed up after me.

I came to this location in support of a charity event to raise money for people with disabilities. I was highly disappointed when I realized that the management staff failed to properly input the charity information, resulting in no contribution to the event. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I tried to fix this issue. I would HIGHLY recommend going to a different chipotle location, or just finding something else to eat

Honestly, the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. I live right next to it and will never ago again. The customer service of the clowns who seem like zombies at work is beyond me. Could be absolutely no line and you’re standing there just waiting for someone to take your order, OR at least an acknowledgement of entering this place. The manager or the dude that pretends to be one doesn’t say a single thing. Half the time you can hardly even hear what they’re saying when they do speak. On top of that the place closes at 10. Why are you running out of food at 730? Never again.

Stopped by and ordered a burrito bowl like I used to a few years back (I had stopped eating at Chipotle because I once sat down and before starting to eat a huge black insect crawled out of my food. Didn’t make a scene and let the manager know calmly what happened. She gave me a gift card for less than my meal cost. Decided I was done with this place but its been years so I decided to try again).

You haven’t lived until you experience hallucinations from eating spoiled salsa from Chipotle on Indian Hill. Total out of body experience. The remaining salsa is in my freezer along with the receipt. My attorney is going to high five me for that one.

Worst staff. Doesn’t know what they are doing. You should train your staff. They should know if the customer ask something if they want Keto, vegan, vegetarian, high protein. Rather go to Rubio’s which is much cleaner never had any salmonella outbreak
