Absolutely terrible service from the General Manager. Our fire station did an online order of 3 bowls and 2 burritos with chips and guacamole, and every single order had a could pieces of meat, the bowls were half full, and the burritos were rolled like a ball. Called and spoke with the General Manager, and she refused to give her name. She was completely rude and said I was trying to get free food… she had no retribution and was hard to speak to because she talked over me. Wouldn’t go here again if it was free! Our station will not be patronizing this store. See pics with the half effort and lack of meat. Didn’t get to the meat until my final bite.

Today I walked in with my family at 7:40pm and was ordering 3 salad bows to enjoy with some side of chips and guacamole. Before checking out the staff member unapologetically told me there wasn’t any more guacamole left for the rest of the night. Im a pretty polite person therefore I didn’t say anything. I was very shocked and upset that they didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me before I placed my order. If they would have told me before ordering I would have next placed an order. To make things worse my wife had seen some guac on the side and she asked the cashier why they weren’t using the Guac for in store orders. The cashier replied. “ No we can not use this guac for in store orders only online orders”. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. It’s either something is missing or poor customer service.

Hit or miss honestly. Seems like maybe early in the day there are less discrepancies. If you go in the evening you’re likely to get taco shells instead of chips for your chips and guac and get no meat on your chicken bowl. Chipotle has good food in my opinion but the consistency with this place is a problem. Customer service could definitely be better.

Small bowl . Too much salt. And the cashier tried to overcharge for extra chicken. Even though they half scooped me . Just a headache for a quick lunch. The girls wrists were so weak she was having trouble scooping with the spoon . I just felt bad what kind of manager placed her there. ????? Sad

Greedy a**s place! I know economy sucks and inflation it’s hitting every business but I always pay double for my protein and this place, specially this location put less and less MEAT. I literally count 4 pieces of the NEW pastor chicken, so if you ask me “how was it?” I’d say: I don’t know, didn’t get to taste it TF!

Food is fresh and good. Similar to subway, you go down the line and choose the toppings you want in your bowl or burrito. For me the bowl is enough for 2 meals. You can request chips with it. Always good and fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think the cook in back loves his job, singing as he works,happy listening to his music.
