Helpful people even tho I was hungry and almost finish I found the fatty parts of the barbacoa in the burrito it really grosed me out but I brought it up to this guy and he provided me with a new onenk charge. Reliable costumers service I would give thus place 10 stars if I could.

I want to start by saying the staff here is amazing. They were extremely helpful and kind even though chipotle has their staff working in a hot location with zero air conditioning. Chipotle as a company should really be ashamed of themselves. They didn’t even provide the staff adequate fans. This is ridiculous and illegal. Do better Chipotle and appreciate your employees!

I love Chipotle but when I walked in to this location today, the food looked as if it had been out for a little while, especially the guac. I understand that business is slow, but at least use some lids to cover the food so it stays as fresh as possible. I know consumers that would walk right out if it looks like it’s been sitting any amount of time, myself included, however I needed to get back to my job site. I suppose it still tasted ok, or was I just really hungry? ♂️

Food was good and employees nice, as usual. The chips….shocker, were not stale. I almost always seem to get a stale bag. It’s been awhile but I’ve been here a few times before and this was one of the better locations in the past. Unfortunately, today was one of the worst all time visits to this chain. They ran out of CO2, sign of poor management perhaps. The beans looked as though they were sitting out all day with a thick skin over them. And my bowl went cold before I even finished half of it. Just generally unappealing and memorable in a negative way.

I love Chipotle, but the service at this location is lacking. It always seems to be understaffed (especially on weekends), so even when there looks like there is no line you still are going to have to wait, and they always seem to be out of one thing or another (seriously, how do you run out of lettuce?). And do note that if you place a digital order here they consistently skimp on the portions (and are out of certain drinks even though the app lets you order one). Oh and order an extra tortilla with your burrito as this location consistently has issues with wrapping them correctly. Too bad that extra tortilla isn’t free anymore.
