Consistent excellent and very fast service at this Chipotle. One staff member in particular, a black Gentleman, consistently provides outstanding customer service with a pleasant attitude. Food is fresh, a good selection, good prices, and a clean store. Ample parking in the back.

This Chipotle is a nice addition to this area. I’m not usually a big fan of fast food, but every once in awhile … it’s a quick meal. This location is kitty corner to Pasadena City College. It took over the Starbucks location in front of Bank of America. They’ve done a nice job of remodeling. It has indoor seating, patio seating with umbrellas, and a special outside pick up window with special parking space. Safety protocols were diligently followed by all of the staff, while I was ordering and waiting for my food.

This Chipotle was completely out of guac. Also many food items were very low and it wasn’t a particularly busy time of day. Seems like they may have some staffing issues. Not up to Chipotle standard.

I walked in and was immediately noticed by one of the employees who gave me a slight “what’s up?” nod and then proceeded to ignore me for a minute or two without saying anything further before I got any type of service. After that, the vibe I got from the 2 people that helped me was that no one behind the counter wanted to be there at all. Very lethargic and careless energy. I get it, I’ve been in situations where I just wanted to get home and was counting the minutes before, but it does just generally feel bad to me whenever I experience that from the customer side.

I went in here looking for a tostada. Turns out they don’t sell them. Dissapointed I ordered a chicken burrito instead. The asian girl who made my Burrito had the look of an over-acheiver. Would she over-acheive and make me a delicious burrito? As it turns out she did!!!! The spicy salsa I selected was perfect with the chicken, corn and brown rice I asked for. In fact my Burrito was so delicious i considered asking her to marry me as i might be able to get delicious burritos for the rest of my life. Great food and great service.

The Truth
I had to re-edit this review for this store. I’ve now negatively reviewed this store many times after many different problems but it’s just come down to the need to fire them all and bring in a new crew. They find a way to mess up every order!! From customer service to unsealed delivery bags to cheating you out of full portion for online orders to chips only having almost empty bags to tonight, the protein was in top of the lettuce. Just straight genius work here!! We absolutely love wilted lettuce, Yay!! I try to never come here because this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in different states even. It’s a shame this horrible store is the only 1 for our area for delivery. The 1 in Hastings Ranch or on Lake Ave is not that far, if you’re driving, trust me, you’ll regret ordering from this store!!

The aguas frescas that they have which I love was very low on all four of them.asked one of the employee .he did not even connected eye with me ,I told him he was very low of the aguas frescas and he said that he was going to get them done .I spend more than n half an hour at the restaurant and no one but no one got them done.the worst customer service I’ve ever had.someone from management need to teach this kids working there what customer services is all about.

The staff and the service was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the quality of the food wasn’t. I dont know what ingredient in particular tasted old, but my Carnitas Burrito(lettuce, fajitas, sour cream, cheese) did not taste fresh. Also the “Fresh Lemonade,” did not look or taste fresh too.
