WHY AM I PAYING $20 dollars for a bowl and this woman wanted to give me a scoop of meat when I asked for extra ? Light rice light everything … for what ? If you can’t do what you’re told , CLOCK OUT.

There is nothing wrong with the actual quality of ingredients – however there is something wrong with the older Hispanic lady with a bad temper giving out half portions of everything. She constantly has a scowl, gives almost nothing, and when I asked for a little more meat after *maybe* a half scoop, she looked at me in disdain and gave me TWO more cubes of meat. What a joke. Save your time and money – go someplace else.

Customer service is terrible. When you go to fast food, you want to grab and go. Well, this is not the place for that. The employees are rude, lazy, and unhelpful. If you don’t like your job, quit. Work elsewhere, because there’s no need to give customers a hard time. I got the chicken plate, the chicken is salty and the amount they serve is very little. And yet, they want to charge extra for asking them to add more. Like dude, why are you only giving a small amount of portion that isn’t even cheap? For a quick grub and go, this is not the place to go. **on the side note**, they weren’t busy. There’s no customers.

Staff was dismissive upon arrival. No staff greeted me. I walked inside at 1030 and was not greeted but told by the staff member making herself a plate that I need to “go over there to wait one minute until they open” I then asked what time they opened and did not receive a response from the four staff members that were standing there. At 1031 I asked Maribel if it was time to order yet. She rolled her eyes, did not respond and just started getting the stuff to make the order. This was an extremely unpleasant interaction and I will not be returning to this location. I also will be filing a complaint with corporate as well. Please educate your staff on proper customer service, this was a 100% preventable complaint

I really like this location it is always clean never too crowded. My only problem with the location is that it is too close to an In-Out so parking is scarce eventhough it is in a big plaza. Staff is good and polite.

This crew really knows how to wrap a fully loaded burrito. Never had an issue. The person incharge of chips needs to learn though. Quite a few times got undercooked chips which ruined the food. But overall it’s one of the best chipotle.

The new workers are taught to give small portions. Been here more than 5 times, different days, different hours. Don’t bother with this Chipotle. Go to any other one for your money’s worth.
