The restaurant is dirty. The tables and floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned all day. Surprisingly despite ordering extra on all 3 platters, we got small portions. My kids were very upset. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location. AND THE MUSIC IS EXTREMELY LOUD. After this, we will not be returning here again.

I came just before 9pm because this is one of the few restaurants that’s open relatively late. I start my order for a bowl and get brown rice and black beans. When the server asked me what meat I wanted, I said steak. He then tells they’re out, so I say I’ll wait. He then tells they’re out for the rest of the night.

There was really only one person making food and at the register…same dude. There was a line to the door and they were all in the back laughing and messing around. This place is terrible. Normally Chipotle is fast and the folks are attentive…not this one.

Literally the worst customer service experience ever. I literally walked in for my pickup order, no one else was waiting besides the dine in patrons and I was told I’d have to wait for the 3 orders ahead of mine (the people weren’t there for their food) as I’m sitting and observing the employees are literally doing everything but preparing the pick up orders. I was better off ordering my food inside. Never again, you literally get better service on Crenshaw and king in the HOOD

I always come to this chipotle on my lunch. Today i ordered a barbacoa burrito and there was a piece of rubber band inside my burrito. Gross! I felt something weird in my mouth and i spit it out and realized it was a rubber ban.

I like going to this Chipotle because the service is really good. My order is always done correctly, and the food is delicious. I like that they have vegetarian and vegan options available. Their guacamole and chips are the best.

First time trying Chipotle, found out it’s like Subway in that you pick what you want in your burrito. They do have other items on the menu but I went for a burrito. I had a beef burrito and it was good! I went on Halloween for the Boorito promotion and paid only $4 for it. I found out that it was a great deal as the same burrito would’ve been at least $8 – $10. I might try them again.
