My kids and I have been coming here for years and the service and presentation of food has just gotten worse over the years. Something is always missing , made wrong or never arrives if delivered. Chips have been very stale as well. We’ve driven out of neighborhood just to get good service.

This Chipotle is closest location to me but it’s the most mediocre by far. I feel bad for the front of house staff, who always appears to be alone and when understaffed quality disappears. The chips are over cooked and almost burnt. Food is over salted and not tasty. The fajita veggies weren’t cooked enough and the bell peppers were almost raw. Chipotle is fast and convenient as well as a great blend of flavors and quality ingredients. So why does this location not deliver those things? Why are they struggling to meet simple standards? Please help this staff get what they need to succeed.

I went in there at 9:15 pm, they close at 10 pm which is 45 mins still left. As soon as we walked in the lady behind the counter looked disappointed that we had walked in and told us that she doesn’t have enough food to serve! The place looked depressing with only two people working. A chipotle saying that 45 mins before closing time is crazy! I hope someone takes note!!

Unfortunately this is the closest Chipotle to me and been coming to this location for years so trust me when I say it’s one of the worst chipotle’s I’ve been to. Poor burrito wrapping, no flavor in basically anything and they can’t even get the chips right. Not sure what causes this but every time I come I’m disappointed and always tell myself I won’t be back. If you have the option of going to another location I would highly recommend.

I went to pick up an order and was greeted by an employee after waiting five minutes. He had glasses and long hair in a pony tail, he seemed to be under the influence of cannabis, he asked for the name of the order and I told him, with no hesitation he smiled with his glazed stoned eyes and said it must have been taken. I asked him to please double check the system and he said he makes the online orders and he didn’t remember that name. I again asked him to please check the order has recently been placed and I had been waiting about five minutes already and he just stared at the monitor and said yeah I would of remembered and I was so upset I just said is not that serious and have a good one. I will never go back to this location. If you can’t handle your high while working and be professional then either quit or don’t get high.

Ordered takeouts from this place. The steak cubes were sadly burned to an extent that it became inedible. The rice had too much water and became mushy. Had to throw out the bitter/tough beef as I don’t think it is good for my health. Pretty disappointed and hope they could have better quality control.

I had ordered a take out as an online order from this location in culver. Was served guac in my bowl and had ordered it on the side with chips as well. Instead I received not yet ripe avocados. I’m saying HARD AS A ROCK unripened avocados. Both of the entire serving of guac was like this. You just know the employees scooped it out knowing it was not made correctly.

This place is super busy during lunch hour when I was there. But I still got through the line fast. The food is good, I usually get the tacos, but I wasn’t that hungry so I got chips and white queso. I loved the queso, but not quite enough though, my first time trying it, and I’d get it again.
