I ordered a burrito bowl in Mia’s name. I chose ingredients that I can eat( white rice, steak, corn, white beans, lettuce, tomatoes and no guacamole) but they ended up sending me a completely different bowl. It’s almost impossible to contact them. Oh well, I was left without dinner obviously.

It’s a hit or miss. Some of the staff is very rude, a man who served me today didn’t say “thank you” or even respond when I said “thank you” and ignored me when I wished him a nice day turning his back on me! And this is far not the first time I experience this kind of treatment here though that was the worst

In general, quality can vary and mobile order pickup isn’t always on the rack, but staff is always really friendly and I consider this a reliable location. today, I just had the best burrito bowl I’ve ever gotten from a Chipotle, and maybe the best I’ll ever get. Tender meat, perfect seasoning, generous on the toppings… Whoever was making the food on 3/2/23 at around 7pm put their whole heart and soul into this bowl and I will never forget it.

It was very good. It was my first visit here. Basically choices of tacos or burritos and chips with your choice of salsas. Both hard shell and soft Taco choices where you chose 3 items to put on your mix and match 3 Taco plate chicken, beef or stringy wet beef. Then your choice from the greens and veggies bar with your typical tomatoes, sour creme, lettuce and guacamole (is extra). Chips and salsa are separate but available. Fast and kind service. A huge step up from the other big corporate competitions.

Don’t know how you can have such terrible customer service. Small asian girl working kept saying sarcastic statements and kept yelling about the bathroom and forks. She was so condescending. She needs to be fired asap. She needs to shut up and make the food. That’s all she’s good at and it wasn’t even that good.

I went to get my normal veggie burrito and they were out of guacamole. I got the queso explicitly after asking to make sure it was covered, then the dude at the register insisted to charge me for the queso despite not having any guacamole…. Like the guacamole is 95% of a veggie burrito!!

When you order a Chipotle burrito (at least the way I do), it has this melt-in-your mouth quality… where all the ingredients blend together nicely… that’s if they make it well.

Sometimes they use the rack for mobile orders, most of the time they don’t. But sometimes they will put SOME orders on the rack but not all of them. Making you think your order isn’t ready yet but they’re actually just holding it behind the counter. Either put them all on the rack or none of them, you’re confusing your customers! Also, the app sucks.
