Hello, this was my very first time trying your restaurant. The food was on the dry side. Flavors were there just dry and for the cost the potions was extremely small. Presentation was very nice the containers impressive❤. Walking away I remember first mind; “Dry and Small Portioned.” I don’t know if I would come back unless I seen a commercial saying they are making those necessary changes other than that I will NOT be going back.

I walked in today to try to buy lunch and the kitchen was disgusting. As soon as I saw the kitchen I walked out. The place is a filthy mess! How can people eat there? I had to drive a bit further to the one on flamingo and paradise, super clean!

This is from my January 10th visit. Although it may be pointless at this point, I’m sure it means allot to the staff working that evening. I walked in 8 minutes before closing because the hospital where I work was too busy to leave any earlier. But the staff were so patient and so kind. I truthfully can’t remember the girls name that helped me with my order and the nice young man at checkout but everyone deserves an applause for still treating customers great even with just minutes of closing. My daughter works at another location in the opposite side of town so seeing the way I was treated makes me feel like she’s working for a great company and amazing teams across the valley. Sorry for the late review but it’s always on my mind so u finally got to it.

Terrible customer service. Waited in the line patiently. The person putting together the food seemed new or very very unsure of himself. After barely putting any rice I questioned the amount of beans added. After someone from the kitchen came up and “helped” put the chicken it seemed like he was gonna charge me for double meat which I didnt ask for. After the register staff finished ringing up the person before be she decided to help him since the line was getting long (while they waited to restock the sour cream for our bowl). Instead of ringing me up so I could leave and eat… she walked over to help him with the next customer. As my food just sat there getting cold with no lid because I was going to dine in. I get the line was to the door… but why wouldn’t you ring me up first then help with people waiting. Ended up leaving hungry because that’s just ridiculous!

Great food. Enormous servings. The bowl instead of the burrito is huge. I buy a bowl for lunch & it’s so much food I can only eat half. I have the other half for dinner. 2 full meals, enough for an entire day, for $10. Can’t beat it.

The food is good but the only complaint I truly have is that everything seems to taste the same the same seasoning almost the same presentation I would recommend them to start alternating food items just to freshen things up and motivate us to keep going back.

The employees apparently think they rock. THEY DO NOT. My order was screwed up but oddly enough they made it my fault for the way THEY prepared it. This place is disgusting. Perhaps the employees should try speaking English in front of customers also. Unless Spanish suddenly became our national language, it’s rude to speak a different language in front of customers especially if you’re going to giggle around and joke about them thinking they don’t speak Spanish.
