Price: I’ll probably regret saying this but Chipotle is like Arizona iced teas. You can count on them to not raise their prices too much over the years. Average person will be around $9 or $10 per entree.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! there was a bug that was ALIVE crawling in my food. Bought a steal bowl, literally went to my car and started eating… noticed something moving and there was the bug. I am utterly DISGUSTED… they were still serving food to ppl afterwards.

What is this nonsense. Where is the rice? Why so much lettuce. Roasted corn salsa taste like regular sweet corn that was thrown on top. Just disappointing. I guess this is what I get for not wanting to make dinner myself. Waste of time and money.

I went to lunch at Chipotle on Sunday around 1:15 pm. I stood in line for about a half hour. I gave my order and so did a few people behind me. They prepared the food for me and a couple people behind me. They then told us that they could only accept cash because their credit card machine is broken. The guy behind me said he does not have cash. They said they can not do anything for him after spending 45 minutes in the line. I said to the people working the register “Don’t you feel that since this is your fault that you should give him the food for free instead of simply throwing the food in the trash can?” They immediately took all of his food that was prepared and simply threw it in the trash then smiled and said thank you. When I saw them do that I walked out and did not pay for the food that was ready to check out. I normally would have used my credit card but I did have cash to pay for my order. I decided that I do not want to give this company another dimes worth of business after seeing how they treat their customers. As I was walking out with the customer that was behind me the person in charge yelled out to the both of us “Have a nice day”. This company should really learn way better customer service especially after the whole company almost went our of business from causing hundreds of customers catching food poisoning nationwide. They should be ashamed of their action today.

The customer service stuck soooo bad. The two young ladies made my bowl with no care and such bad energy. They just throw the food in the bowl like they throw food on the plates in prison. I had to ask the cashier (guy) who was pretty nice if I had came at a bad time like right after a bad staff meeting or something. I had to ask the young lady making my food was she okay and we just staring at each other for a few seconds because her energy was so bad. The attitudes was bad that it left a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t even want get my food now. Never coming back to this location.

Today I went to chipotle & instead of getting a bowl with meat I got a bowl full of lettuce not even rice on my bowl chipotle needs to update their portions when it’s comes to the bowls

The cook was beyond rude. I asked for a particular protein, the girl told me they were out. She turned to the guy on the grill who replied “oh well.” When she asked him to cook more he replied “maybe in 20 minutes”. He likely should have been more careful with his demeanor knowing he was visible and heard by customers.

Check your bag/bags BEFORE you leave! This place has now twice forgotten chips and have charged me for them. Don’t know if the employees are high, don’t like their job or just zoned out but manager should get some better customer service in here and get better and nicer employees ASAP
