Great Chipotle location, and there was no line when we arrived at 11 am on a Friday. The staff is friendly and efficient and made our orders correctly. When my wife told them about her gluten allergy, they immediately changed gloves and wiped down the counter before making her food. Highly recommend this location, and we will be back the next time we’re in the Flagstaff area.

We made an ider online, that was ment to be done at 3:30. We got there at 3:40 and they didnt have our order, so I aksed if they had an order for Noelle. They said they were making it. They were busy So we waited and waited. Then at 4:10 I aksed again. They said they didn’t see the order or somthing, so they made it then, but they didnt have to ask us what our order was, so they must have had the order, it took like 10 minutes after that to get our food. Of course the burritos are good, and reliable. I think they are used to orders on their app, not online. So don’t order online if you want to get your food on time. Everyone was really nice and the food was good.

I sat in the chipotlane for 22 minutes. There were NO customers for about 1/3 of the time. The 3 employees were even pulling back tables to deep clean behind them several feet away from me. Nobody would make eye contact with me. so i finally left without my food. I would say this was the worst service I’ve ever received, but I did not actually receive any service.

Most Chipotles are consistent but this one is just bad. When this location first opened, they were always out of something, now they just don’t care. Either the order is messed up or they go heavy on 1 ingredient and skimp on everything else.

Foods good. We haven’t had any issues until tonight. When they held our food hostage and didn’t give it to us. My sister sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes and they never came to the window to even talk to them and give them the food. They later walked in to try and grab the food or get a refund and didn’t give them the food. Absolutely horrible. I’ve actually enjoyed getting food from them until now. Guess I’ll go to the other store 20 minutes away from now on.

I will agree with the majority of reviews that this location had a rocky start. However, I think they have had time to work through and resolve the issues. The past few times I’ve been there they have been a well oiled machine. Keep up the good work
