I’ve never been to a Chipotle before, and this will be my first & last time to the franchise. I ordered a steak burrito, with cheese, lettuce & rice. Where’s the steak? It was literally all cheese & rice with a tortilla. The fact it was almost $15 too is also baffling. Thank God I had a gift card and didn’t spend my own money here.

Past 4 times we have gone in the evening, there’s a younger crew ,unfriendly borderline rude staff working. Sometimes just ignoring you while they talk . The restaurant is filthy, food and plastic ware on the floor. The food area is also filthy. Also they are out of a lot. We are done, there are other, friendlier locations

Chipotle is always amazing they hooked it up on the cheese today my steak quesadilla is super cheesy. they do require face masks and they are doing the social distancing. There is spots to sit down and the bathroom is still available to use. It feels like a regular Chipotle experience. The staff is very nice

I would have given it a 5-star, but instead of owning up to the mistake in my order & not adding the money to the CDO Band the gentleman had an attitude with me & got smart & used the excuse that they have been busy all day. I had to thank the people who did help me & walk away from the guy before I lost my temper.

Maybe I’m old school but what happened to work ethic? We walked in at 7:30 at a place that Google said closed at 10 pm. Chairs stacked on a dirty table that they couldn’t take the time to wipe off. About 5 – 6 employees shortly after ALL disappeared to the back.. so if you were to walk in to order you’d be greeted by no one in a restaurant that appears to be closed. Not cool guys… Is working hard really a thing of the past? Why support a business like this?

Do yourself a favor and go to a different Chipotle. I ordered a bowl with no beans extra rice and got one scoop of rice and that’s it. I don’t know why this is the only Chipotle that skimps on their toppings. Every. Single. Time. I used the app to order one bowl and it took over 30 minutes to get it made. If it wasn’t late I’d drive back there and demand my money back. Do yourself a favor and go to the store by the foothills mall, at least they give you your money’s worth. Wish I could give this zero stars because that’s what it deserves

If I could give no stars I would the food for starters very inconsistent with flavor either it’s to much lime, chunks large chunks of cilantro and large amounts of salt. Then way more tortilla and hardly any food inside there quesadilla. But let’s talk about a company that literary had a massive issue with cleanliness and fecal matter in the last. I just witnessed two employees play on their phone that is in there back pocket while wearing gloves and then touch food, food prepping and a thumb in and out of to go containers. Then another at the front counter wipe their gloves on there dirty apron and then proceed to make counter food. Let’s not forget the air pods in the ears while hovering over prepared food! As well as not regularly changing gloves. I’ve been in the food industry for over 20 years and this is a no for me! *** Edit front counter person took personal cup from under counter pushed straw to mouth didn’t change gloves and set it back under counter proceeded to touch food! Then to go person went out from service area to pace food on to go shelf and didn’t change gloves. What kind of service are we really getting here?
