Turn around before you consider this location! They used to have great customer service and the portion sizes used to be great. However, after tonight I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location makes me reconsider chipotle in general. The food tasted horrible! The customer service is AWFUL! Management should be ashamed of their employees. They really lack customer skills. Shyanne was beyond rude didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted chips or a drink. I had to request it and not to mention she seemed annoyed when I had rewards to use. All front line employees seemed MISERABLE! Management needs to make a change ASAP or a district manager if they care about customer service and their sales. The portion sizes were terrible on my last visit not even close to an adult size bowl.

I moved here from Scottsdale a year ago and eat at Chipotle often. This Chipotle is near my work and is hands down better than the three others I went to in Scottsdale for years. The food is always fresh, the food is always great, the place is always clean and most of all the employees are awesome. I get the best service here hands down. Totally professional and positive energy every single time. I eat here about four times a week sometimes more. I cannot say enough about the service. Very good.

I don’t usually like leaving ratings but If I could rate it less I would, by far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I had a larger order for my job that I apologized beforehand for; which I had no choice in making, and I understand it can be a little overwhelming in a rush. I always make a clear list of the orders and offer to give it to them so they can take their time, she basically said “no you read it.” The lady kept snapping at me and being mean and I am by no means sensitive. The constant snapping and pushing me to spit out the orders from two girls at once caused me to mess up the orders for work and they were not happy. I kept my composure and was polite as to not cause a scene, plus I am not one to be rude, but I’ve never been treated so badly for just ordering food. It was clear the lady working was mad and trying to embarrass me and it just wasn’t cool. She also said “for future reference order online.” but for big lunch orders I can’t because of the price limit. Again I understand she was overwhelmed but I was just doing my job too and she knew that. I’m 17 and worked a ton in customer service and I understand the frustration but I would loose my job If I ever talked to a customer like that. The food wasn’t great either apparently and the service was horrible.

As I was waiting to order one of the employees was washing the sneeze guard that protects the food. She was spraying the glass and the cleaning solution was going all over the food. I was mortified and didn’t want to order anymore. When I told another girl behind the register she didn’t seem to care. I probably won’t be back to this Chipotle ever.

Working at chipotle is not easy by all means. The reason I’m giving this location a bad review is for their take out handling. They’ve done this to me twice. I order steak go pick it up and when I get home, it’s chicken or the garlic steak not the regular steak. This time I checked my ordered and again it was wrong I went inside and asked why they keep doing that, the cook said cause they are out. It’s very sneaky they do that because they are out they put whatever meat they have so by the time you get home you can’t get a refund or have them change it. It’s very unsafe cause what if someone has allergies. This time I was able to get a refund but it speaks a lot to the immaturity and laziness of this location. If you’re out of something tell your customer, don’t give them some random they didn’t pay for.

I asked for some lime slices. The cashier said no, I asked why. She said none were cut and washed. I asked if someone could please cut and wash one for me or even cut one without washing it, she said no. I literally had to go to Walmart to get a lime when someone could have taken 30 seconds cut a lime. Kinda dumb and disappointing.

RUDE RUDE AND RUDE! You have the worst employees ever. Especially the lady that made my tacos today. Not only was she sarcastic, unfriendly and rude but she was telling me “is that what you want” “is this what you want”!! The tortillas were cold. I got about four pieces of meat on each taco I was told I’m not allowed to have rice because they don’t do that here. I offered to pay for it and she slapped about a teaspoon of it on there. The carnitas were dried out. The steak was so tough you could barely eat it. I wasted my money here a week ago but thought I’d give them another chance thinking maybe they were having a bad day. No they’re like this all the time! I’ll be sure to let everyone in my office know not to eat here. Where can I get my refund??

HORRIBLE you would think as a newer and very popular location they’d be up to date to service all customers till close. Every time I have come to this location within 2 hours of close they have NO protein the workers want to clock out right at 10 it seems as they are always putting away things and never preparing to continue to service all customers before closing at 10 definitely needs a night management supervision that actually cares about the business.

Wow – RUDE! BAD SERVICE. I went to this location for the convenience. However, when I was placing my order, the Chipotle employee was extremely rude. The portion sizes were a joke (half scoop on everything). I had to keep asking for more and they kept rolling their eyes at me! And does it hurt that much to be polite and crack a smile? Seriously! It was not a good experience and next time I will go to the one off Grant and Speedway.
