I like chipotle food, but this location is the worst I’ve ever been too. Whether it’s busy or not, the employees here rush and slop food together as if they were a pit crew for NASCAR. The employees come off as if you’re an inconvenience and try to rush you through the line, whether there’s a line or not. They slop the food so fast it never drains and you end up with soup in your soggy taco’s foil or burrito bowl. The food was messy, soaking wet, and soggy. I ordered a drink, burrito bowl (double meat) with caso, three tacos, and chips with caso… for over $34! Three tacos and a burrito bowl for over $34. I don’t mind paying premium prices for premium food and service, but this location is not worth the experience. Will not recommend.

All of the food is good minus one thing.. The rice is consistently undercooked. Either the rice cooker needs service or replaced. It could also be that they aren’t following procedures for high altitude cooking. I worked at a franchise chipotle that put me through culinary school, I know how to make everything from scratch, this isn’t right. Everything else is good though usually.

Great place for a quick bite for the family after church. Not too many people, and the food was pretty good. I love the size of the burritos. It’s certainly enough to fill a grown man. A mainstay eatery in Sierra Vista. I recommend this spot for quick and easy bite. Lots of folks seem to us the Chipotle app, which seems to make things fast and easy.

Clean, fresh, friendly. The seating area can get crowded, but it’s because people are enjoying the great, fresh food. Love that we decide exactly what goes in our food, and that we can see it being made right in front of us. The staff is friendly and helpful with questions, and the facilities are always nice and clean. Definitely recommend for a quick bite!
