We’ve been waiting months for this place to open, and now that it finally is, we just went for our first meal there. Right off the bat, this location is way too small for the growing area, especially for how busy chipotles usually get. The max occupancy capacity is only 60. There is not a lot of seating for families of 4 or more and practically none for 5 or larger. Also, just a little nit pick, but all the seating is basically on the side where the sun is hitting during the hottest time of the day. Other than all that, the food was good. My wife and I both got chicken burritos, which were nicely filled and tasted very good. Two of our kids shared a kids’ meal, and they enjoyed it very much. Our oldest got a bean and cheese burrito and had no complaints.

I ordered my food online and the portion size was tiny compared to other locations. The previous time I came to this location I barely got much salsa and rice. If I’m paying full price for something I expect the food to be consistent each time. It could be a training issue since this location just opened up. But I would rather drive to a further location that has more consistency and better service.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and by far I have had consistently the worst experiences here compared to any other Chipotle. I could deal with the teenage staff and their crummy attitudes but getting an order with the incorrect protein and what looks like a gross half of an avocado in my food is where I draw the line.

Placed and order on line for 2 orders of 3 soft tacos opened the ordered an the tacos where flat and merged together and the meat was out, tried calling the restaurant and it keeps saying try your call later after all the prompts. Presentation matters and this is ridiculous, if I had enough time I would have gotten a refund.

Really like this place. The staff is very friendly and hard working and the food is delicious of course. The facility is very clean as well. They are a relatively new location, so the staff is still figuring things out, but I’m confident they will perfect their craft soon. Patience is a virtue.

Paid 6 dollars more for literally 2 “extra” pieces of steak. The night shift seemed like the jimmy nuetron movie where all the parents were gone. No shade to them cause they were working, but understaffed and stressed. Say all that to say, if you want good chipotle, don’t go here….at least not on a Sunday at 9 pm.

For a Friday night they had adequate numbers of staff; however, half the staff was in the corner talking and goofing off leaving 2 young ladies to do all the work while the manager rang up the orders. Most of the food/condiments were empty or close to it and against food safety advice were filled by placing new on top of old. The ice machine wasn’t working and the place was pretty dirty. Not good for recently opening… I hope management and owners take notice of these reviews.

Food is somehow cold, like chilled cold. I understand takeout can be lukewarm or room temperature, but out of a bowl and burrito, both felt like they came out of the fridge. Cheese didn’t even melt in either. Also ordered double meat in both and in the first half of my burrito I only found 5 small pieces of meat.

Dude, idk if it was the night I went or what—I was stopping in the middle of a trip—but these employees are some of the fastest chipotle employees I’ve ever seen. I went from greeted at the front of the line to checked out in 90 seconds flat. If you’re a store manager and you’re reading this please tell your employees they rock on my behalf.
