We have been ordering once a week via phone app. Portions have gotten so skimpy though prices have increased. Today 7/28/23 the bowl was less than half full on both orders. This has been happening too often and they won’t answer phone. I guess its time to look for a new place as it has gotten ridiculous and not worth the money anymore. Signed: A Once Devoted Customer. Hey, David, is the general manager at this store. And let me say he gave us one of the best Chipotle experiences. Me and my daughter have had in years. We live in Prescott and honestly. Our Chipotle is unprepared for every dinner. Service 95% of the time to where Chipotle is not a restaurant We choose to eat where we live. We came 10 minutes before the store closed. Mateo helped us check out. They were honestly so sweet gave us huge bowls of food. Lets just say were super happy customers.! Appericate you guys ❤️

I’ve come to this location multiple times over the years and just when I think they can’t be worse than the last time, they out do themselves! Whether I’m ordering through door dash or walking this location never fails to mess up my food. The night shift stops making new food at 6p even though they’re open for 4 more hours, my food is barely room temperature, the rice is undercooked, the meat is fatty and gross, it’s a real treat if they have chicken, they don’t have side cups for the chips and guacamole, run out of beans all the time, and really check your receipt before you pay bc they’ll over charge or charge for the wrong food and good luck getting a refund.

They were out of literally everything. No white rice, cilantro, sour cream, pico de Gallo, mild salsa, and corn salsa. Some one said that they stop prepping food at 6pm even tho they’re open for four more hours. We had gotten a bowl and a burrito. The burrito was smaller than a burrito I could get at taco bell. I asked for guacamole on the bowl and I swear this dude just whispered the word guacamole onto my food and thought it was good. It was honestly the fastest waste of my money. They didn’t even have a notice that they were out of like half of their food items taped to the front doors, you had to wait in a long a line and then see that they were out when u got to where u placed ur order.

Meats all looked dry. Sauces were just salsas in 3 heats. Workers were not friendly. Seemed annoy with questions. I haven’t gone in one since they all closed years ago for seminalla and it will be a minute before I go back to one. Define ly not a favorite.

With a long line of people at peak lunch hour and there was ONE person working the entire line. A woman had 4 orders of food and one person helped, meanwhile a line of people waiting. No one else could see how ridiculous this was and step in? Literally a TON of workers watching and making eye contact with the frustrated line of people?? I would go out of my way to avoid this place.

Third trimester Pregnant Wife and I waited over 40 minutes for our food. We would have ordered ahead but have gotten burritos half the size for the same price. Asked for discount due to the wait, not one person working there apologized or offered anything for my wife. Manager comes out from the back with long hair almost to his shoulders with no hair tie or net and told me no and walked away. Asked if he was going to do anything about the none leashed, no collar, dog sitting at a table. Same response. Employees just laughed. Guess Chipotle just doesn’t care.

Terrible experience with this chipotle, I am never going again and I hope they close this location or train their staff properly. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and got barely any cheese.TheQUESAdilla should probably have some cheese or I can just order chicken in a tortilla wrap.Basically half portions on white rice when I ordered Extra proportions.

Manager was quite rude to her associates. The line worker was attentive and gave me everything I needed and even double checked. The manager then scolded her saying “you need to work on your sauces talking techniques”. She said various other comments that did not aspire confidence in leadership. As a customer I felt taken care of, but the manager was not acting appropriately.
