I never thought I would write a bad review about Chipotle. This is NOT the Chipotle to go. I should have not paid full price for my meal if the tin bowl is empty then maybe they should fill it with food. Giving 5 beans on top of a lot of rice doesn’t make it a meal. Won’t be back to this location.

I ordered a bowl for delivery with no guacamole due to allergy. Showed up with guac and half filled bowl. Ordered another bowl to replace the mess up. Totally wrong order delivered. Again, half bowl.

I want to start off by saying how much I love Chipotle, before this past Saturday at about 9pm, I was going 5-6 times a week to get my usual Steak Bowl. Unfortunately, my first time going to this location was my worst experience ever. The service was fine but nothing special, the chip bag contained a criminally low amount of chips but that honestly did not bother me…the issue I had was the food poisoning I encountered several hours later in the middle of the night throwing up non-stop. I remember commenting when I was eating the bowl how rare the steak was, but I trusted it was cooked & stored properly which apparently, it was not. I will follow-up with corporate but for those reading this take this as a warning when food from this location….

Super bad experience today, around 5 pm! The person taking my order was incredibly rude. I simply asked for a little extra carnitas on my first bowl. However, despite the fact that there weren’t enough carnitas to make another bowl or even double the meat on the first one, he flat-out refused to add a little more, claiming it would cost me extra. It was a complete nonsense since he didn’t even have enough to charge me for. When I inquired about how long it would take for them to have more carnitas, he had no idea. That’s when I made up my mind and decided to leave. From now on, I won’t stick around if I see the same person taking orders.

This location is the worst, I get the same attitude every time a come to this location! The portions that are going on the items looks like they are serving children! Ciana I found out is the manager and she was very rude…I understand it a fast pace environment but the guest should not be treated in such a manner like you are bothering them just for asking for sour cream ♀️ I will start going a mile further from my home to another location where they treat the guest properly….#bad service!
