The lady taking our order and making our food was insanely rude. We were trying to be nice and polite and she was clearly overwhelmed/ upset before we got there, but then took it out on us. She also just walked away at one point and didn’t say anything and we waited for a few minutes just wondering where she went. The kitchen was also visibly very dirty and spilling out to the line. All around poor experience. We do love Chipotle normally though just not a great location.

Buddy on the line gave me literally 5-6 pieces of chicken on my quesadilla and when I asked for more they charged me double for basically a single serving of chicken. Tired of this place always under serving and over charging. Never had a good experience here. Bad service and mid food. Not the play to eat at this joint.

This used to be the place to go to get huge burritos but not anymore! The portions have gotten ridiculously small. Sure it taste good. But when you have to get 2 burritos to get full from chipotle something is wrong! If I wanted a tiny burrito I would have gone to Taco Bell and spent ¼ of what it cost for one burrito. Side note… Who in the hell puts the lettuce on the top of everything in a burrito bowl? It is mind blowing to me! It goes against nature! So long story long… Get back to making your portions large or you are going to lose business from not just me but every person that remembers how it used to be. And stop putting the lettuce on top of everything in your burrito bowls!!! It’s just not right.

Order bowl with steak . Got 6 pieces. Not even full spoon. But then the next person order chicken and got 1,5 spoon. Very disappointed. When we asked for a little bit more steak, the guy asked if we wanted to be charged for double meat. What a joke.

I haven’t ate at chipotle in a long time because every time I went there my beans weren’t cooked and the food was not good. Well this location is really good or maybe they have changed some things with all the negative publicity that has happened. The chips were fresh and my burrito was perfect, beans were cooked and the chicken had good flavor I’ll definitely be back..

Put in a couple orders for take out to be ready at a certain time , showed up 15 min after it was ready for pick up.. just to find out they didn’t even have my order at all and couldn’t even refund me. Second time it has happen at this location. What’s the point of ordering online if they can’t even have it ready. Such a waste of time and definitely won’t be going to this location anymore .

I am not sure why i keep giving this Chipotle a chance. My whole order was incorrect, i placed an order online and went into the store to pick up and i was handed the bag. When i got back to work the only thing correct with my order was the guac and chips. I ordered sofita tacos and a chicken bowl and received a carnitas bowl and chips. When i called they were not even apologetic for handing me the wrong order, i asked for a refund and was told to go online to do that.

The worse and dirtiest Chipotle I have been in. All the tables were dirty and no one to clean it. If the health department would have walked in, I guarantee they would have been fined. The counter where the food was being served was dirty and food were all over the counter, the kitchen was visible and it looked dirty. The only reason I stayed was because of my daughter. I would never go back there.
