I stopped by to get my dinner before work I was running late it was about 9 pm. It was VERY dirty food debris EVERYWHERE on the counter where they serve the food, on the counter where they make it and on the counter where you pay. i payed for my food anyway cause i was already late but i couldn’t bring myself to eat it a waste of money

I arrived early to eat 15 minutes before, and they told me I had to wait outside. They could have at least invited me to come in and sit inside, considering the heat. Moreover, the clerk was extremely rude and didn’t provide any explanation. Later, someone else arrived, and they let that person in. I truly believe it was a bit discriminatory. Later, I asked the manager why they treated me that way, and she disdainfully told me to come in, saying she was the manager. Very bad attitude. I recommend going to another Chipotle if you want to be treated well.

This place is always late with mobile pickups. If you order your food from this place add like 10 minutes to your wait. They also don’t put it out on the shelf so you just have to stand there taking up space till they bring it out to you. The workers are all great though, polite, as quick as possible. This is a total failure on the part of management, they can do better and hire more people.

I eat at Chipotle’s all over. This one is clean and the food tastes great as t as usual. The service was not as good. I think they were training new people, our food got cold while waiting for the guy that puts the guacamole, lettuce and that sort of thing at the end next to the register.

The place was filthy both in front of the counter and behind it. I was the only person in there and still felt rushed. I watched them refill the warming trays with water while the food trays were still in place splashing everywhere. No wonder everyone gets sick after eating here.

ZERO if I could, Rude, Lazy and definitely needed to retrain their staff specially the manager or who claimed to be! Need to learn how to do her job without being rude and arrogant about her stupidly. She isn’t only ignorant but she’s proud of it, she doesn’t listen nor give chance to others to talk. This place was not really what you’d expect from chipotle. The customer service isn’t really customer service, they seem like they are SO rushed to get people in and out, there’s only a few of us in line, why are we being rushed through the line? The amount of “scoops” you get is a joke. Scoops rice, goes for a second taps the spoon until there is nothing on it and pretends to add it to the bowl. They used to have decent portions for the price and I’m not really sure what happened. “Double meat” is not what you’d expect either and man do you pay for it. More than $5 extra for barbacoa? It was thee smallest amount of meat it was comical. For two bowls, a bag of chips and guacamole, one medium drink – $40. The bowls would be damn near empty if you hadn’t asked for a little extra. Let’s put the cherry on top, the girl running the register, stop yelling. We’re right in front of you, I’m not sure why you’re screaming. This is honestly why we’ve stopped coming, every time it makes you wanna go less and less. Before this trip it had been over a year…and if I’m being transparent I’m not sure we will go back. Could’ve gone out to an actual restaurant with better service, food, portion size and paid the same price. Wish we would’ve.

After trying to gag down the over seasoned AL Pastor chicken, my 12 year old daughter went to the serving line and asked for more rice to try and mask the taste of the chicken. The 2 girls working were very rude and started making fun of her RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER!!! She was sobbing when she got back to the table. So disheartening! One of the girls had pink hair and a pink eyebrow. I didn’t catch either one of their names. Come on Chipotle…..DO BETTER!
