I have been here several times. As it is the closest location to my house. I put a mobile order in and was greeted at the door telling me I could not come inside and that they will bring my order out to me and they continue to turn away. Everyone saying that they’re only taking mobile orders. And that no one is allowed to go inside. After this not so great customer service experience I decided to give it another chance. We are eating dinner last night and my son says what is this in my food and it literally was whatever is in the picture. I have no idea what it was. It’s got thorns on it and it was inside of his beans. I have absolutely never seen anything like this before at any restaurant. But we were quite disgusted when we saw it. On top of that, all of our food was cold. And we ended up having to heat it up at home, even the meat, beans and rice. And when I mean cold ice cold, I really hope we don’t get food poisoning.

The employees at this chipotle have absolutely zero integrity. If you’re unfortunate enough to put in a mobile order or delivery through doordash, they give you about 1/3 of a regular portion because you’re not there to watch them make it. Either because they’re in a rush or too lazy to restock the line. Either way, completely inexcusable. Do better.

I can speak for me and my group when I say this, this was probably THE BEST experience any of us have ever had at a chipotle. The gentleman who was at the start dishing the meat and beans and rice gave us a bountiful amount. The other gentleman, even though he was new, made us laugh and smile as we cheered him on. The staff was so friendly and kind especially to each other. I will definitely look forward to coming to this location again and again!

I come to this location a lot on my lunch breaks during the week. Lately, they have been steadily declining in service and quality. Tables are always dirty, drink station never stocked, and the staff is condescending. Today, they didn’t have 5 of their drink options available and no sugar free options. The last time I asked for a refund on my beverage purchase (I can’t consume sugars), they acted like it was a huge inconvenience and I shouldn’t have asked. Maybe don’t put the fat pink-haired girl in charge of brewing tea or wiping tables if you expect it to get done. Or put an attentive shift manager in charge. IDK. Seems obvious to me.

This was a walk-in, but based on the look of things, I’m so glad I didn’t order online or in advance. There were a number of people waiting for their food and they didn’t look too happy, lol. The steak was AT LEAST 75% fat and gristle and was COMPLETELY DOUSED in salt!! The chips were as stale as could be. The guy managing the grill seemed more concerned with getting a “heard” from the front of the house employees than he was with the taste, quality, and freshness of the food. Keep it fresh, people, and take it easy on the salt GEEZ!!!!

I love chipotle this was my first times at this location (5/1/23) and I’m beyond disappointed. When me and my sister walked in the plan was both of us would get a plate, once we walked out only I was able to get a bowl. Let’s start with the workers even though it was busy there was allot of standing around by this teenage staff and their “shift lead”. They looked unhappy when it came to serving the customers but smiled between one another. Now onto the kitchen, it had rice everywhere and pieces of what looked to be different meats so I assumed “oh they must of had rush and prepped” so it didn’t bother me as much. Our turn comes after the gentleman before us left without food because they were out of quite a bit. So I ordered my bowl they had no rice at the front he had to go to the mobile order kitchen and brought the rice dish to the front where he scrapped the container. I asked “oh did you guys have rush” he laughed and shook his head. They had no rice at all not even being prepped the lead started making some then and there in a bowl he grabbed from the counter, I’m honestly not even sure it was clean. All of their meats were darn near to the bottom of the pans, they had no veggies. There was hardly chicken so I had to get an additional meat that was offered and still charged double meats. They completed my bowl I asked for my salsa and sour cream on the side because I don’t like them warm, that didn’t matter they were both warm already when I checked to make sure the kids were secured so they didn’t spill. The cashier didn’t speak not a hello not a do you want a drink chips nothing….not even my total. So I will not be returning

My girlfriend and I have gone to this Chipotle multiple times in the past with no problems but tonight was an absolute mess. We got to the Chipotle at 6:30 and left at 7:05. There was only one person on the line and she was new. She gave my girlfriend 4 pieces of chicken and then when my girlfriend asked for the correct proportion, she put the right amount. The worker then told the cashier that it was double chicken when that wasn’t the case. There was not a big rush but there should not be only one person on the line who is new. They seemed short staffed but there was no sense of urgency in the workers.

This is our local chipotle – as you’d expect from a National chain, it’s pretty consistent. Unfortunately on a recent visit I placed an order on the app to pick up on my way home from the airport. When I arrived there were no orders on the take out shelf. I asked at the counter and was told that even though my order was accepted on the app, their local location wasn’t “working” so they didn’t have my order. While not expected, I said no big deal, I could give them my order. They told me I had to get back in line (which was out the door) to place my order. Nope. I just asked for a refund since I had already paid on the app – they said I had to call 1.800.chiptotle to ask for a refund. It took over an hour to get that resolved. Not the best customer service, Chipotle. You can do better.
