Literally done ordering from chipotle after giving this location and the Ellsworth location chance after chance. Food is never trimmed or cooked well, rice is always undercooked and sour, and portions are never what they should be to cut corners and overcharge customers.

Everyone that works here is usually very kind and helpful when I order in person, but ordering on the app for pick up is consistently awful. This is not the first time a pick up order was poor quality. This is a picture of the “cheese” quesadilla I got tonight. Let me know if you can find the cheese because I sure can’t.

I have never had a pick up issue or dine in issue. Food is usually pretty fresh and tasty but they’re usually out of at least one protein. The portions are acceptable and the restaurant and fairly clean for the most part. I wish the employees were a bit more friendly though.

I always eat here..but this time my wife went and bought me the same burrito that i always EAT(BIG BURRITO) …and to my surprise when i opend it it was HALF OF THE ORIGINAL BURRITO SIZE….BUT GUESS WHAT….THEY STILL CHARGE THE SAME AMOUNT WT HECK..the burrito fits INSIDE MY hand ✋️…im guessing its a new employee but you know what…its my freaking money……UNBELIEVABLE

We went in last night at around 6. It was very busy and one lady was yelling at the staff for not having her order ready and they handled her so well. I watched them continue to work as a team getting through all the orders. The food was fresh and they were doing an amazing job even with all the chaos. This location does an awesome job.

Super nice that this is a Chipotlane, but you’d think food wouldn’t be as cold since you can just drive up and go. That is not the case. I’ve not been to this location where the food wasn’t cold.

The food was good. Unfortunately have to give a low rating due to Abby’s customer service skills. There wasn’t a lot of people but she seemed annoyed that she was serving us. We were confused about the kids tacos. When we asked a question she snapped at us. We didn’t feel welcomed at all.
