This locations has poor services. Portion sizes are never consistent or are to little for the amount you pay for. They will over charge you for less go to the Scottsdale or Tatum and bell locations and get better service. To make up for their mess ups I usually take a hot sauce bottle or 2

A great place to eat in or take out. The food is good and we really enjoyed the Smoked Brisket that they have for limited time right now Their menu offers burritos, tacos, bowls and salads with 6 meat and non meat filling options. You have your choice of brown or cilantro-lime rice, black or pinto beans, pico de gallo and other fillings. Our granddaughters love to eat here and order from the Kids menu. The staff is courteous and helpful in the prices or reasonable.

Came into the store and none of the employees could be bothered to help me or even greet and say they would be a minute. I stood there, the only person in line as one of the employees was changing the pan of beans while shying away from saying anything or even making eye contact. Meanwhile, two more employees just stood behind the cash register talking and laughing to themselves. Not sure if it was a shift change or something, but regardless that is unacceptable

Don’t pay for extra meat and lettuce with online orders. They will not include but will charge you the extra amount. Do not call the store or you will just be spun around on their voice message system. Do not use their online Bot message system as it is pointless. Worse experience ever messed up multiple times on my order over charged. Kept running out of product multiple people standing around. Very unorganized I ordered two items a chicken burrito and chicken bowl but ended up with a veggie burrito to go and they were completely without protein if I was gonna have a veggie burrito and bowl instead of chicken burrito and bowl I would like to be charged for exactly that. Worse experience ever will not be returning or suggesting this location to anyone. If 0 stars were available I would give just that because it was the worse ever!!!!

I got a gift card for my birthday on January 3rd for Chipotle. I had never been there before. So I tried it and I will be going back a lot as the food is…..soooooo good! If you’ve never been there before you’ve got to go try it. I guarantee you you will go back.
