First time to this location by doing a decent sized catering order. They had it ready in time and everything was correct. The staff was helpful and friendly with moving the heavy boxes. Packaging was good and clear. Only recommendation I would have is to include some sort of labels for multiple dishes

This is how our food came. Ice Cold, wrapped and unwrapped who knows how many times, one looks torn by hand, no names or labels to know what was what! Looked like it was brought in from the trash with how crumpled and barely put together it was.

I went in the other day and ordered a chicken bowl. The store wasn’t very busy and I had to wait a little while before my order was taken. I also got a side of chips and the chips were very stale. The queso was very good when I put it over my chicken bowl, the bowl overall was very good.

Came here on 6/28 at 6:30 and was helped by two of the very best employees ever! They were both so sweet and personable and made us feel like we were friends. (And the food was delicious, too!) Definitely coming back!

Big Chipotle fan here, but this Centerville location is bad every time I go. Went in at 8:00 today to see they had no guac or tomato salsa, and the brown rice I got was so overcooked and crunchy It looked like they were trying to clean up way too early before closing or something… The best part was the girl helping me had her phone ring in her back pocket, she grabbed it and turned it off, then continued to dish up my food with the same gloves on. Uh no thanks!

I went in to get a bowl at around 7 and workers are friendly and not stingy with portions. They were quick to keep the line moving when there was around almost 20 people in the store. definitely will keep coming back to this location!

The new chicken is SO GOOD! I love to mix the guacamole with their corn and salsa

Food wasn’t bad, but we were rushed through the line like cattle. The worker got upset when I asked questions, and rolled her eyes when I asked her if that was all the meat she was planning on putting on – I had ordered a steak burrito and she put 7 cubes of steak on…

Brain dead. That’s all I can describe the times I’ve walked in here and ordered. The employees are joyless, unfriendly and unmotivated. The food is the same…. Todays visit(4th time since opening) was no different. I walk in, the place is empty, and I stand at the counter and wait. No one says “hi”, or anything. Total buzz kill to your day. My windshield wipers have more personality.

I love chipotle and my burrito tasted fine, but my options were limited because some of the ingredients were dry and crusty as can be it was so gross. The pinto beans looked two days old, the barbacoa looked so dry and nasty. I think it’s just obvious the kids needed to be trained a bit better on how to keep things freshly stocked so it doesn’t look gross lol
