My recent visit to Chipotle left me thoroughly disappointed. I had high hopes for a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short. I ordered a steak and chicken bowl, carefully selecting corn, sour cream, and extra lettuce to recreate a picture-perfect meal I’ve enjoyed before. However, what I received was a far cry from what I expected.

Smallest servings ever. All 3 of us received the smallest, most lackluster portions for our respective entrees we have ever seen at a Chipotle. I’d guess 60% of typical chipotle (we have been eating chipotle regularly for over a decade). Bummer.

The workers here are always friendly and sure to check in on you when you walk in if you ordered online. I tend to always do online orders to make my life, and hopefully their lives easier. I waited about 2 minutes past the time promised, no big deal. The one woman was preparing my veggie bowl and the other woman handed me a cup and told me to get myself a drink while I waited. I didn’t even order a drink! Definitely made my day as I had no issue waiting the extra couple minutes. They always have my order correct and its always tasty. Thanks for your great service.

Charged me twice for the same meal. I tapped my card the first time, and the machine said transaction approved. As I get ready to leave the cashier tells me the first one didn’t go through to make me pay again. My credit card posted/authorized two transactions. Unbelievable. She was too preoccupied trying to ring up a missing mobile order to realize my first transaction went through. I wouldn’t have been upset if I was met with an aloof attitude.

I’ve been coming to this location since mid 2017. This location has consistently underperformed since my first visit. Portion sizes are ludicrous. Burritos are regularly falling apart. When ordering online, our orders are prepared incorrectly. It’s hard to say a single nice thing, when my family and I have been disappointed so consistently.

This particular location used to be one of our favorite “go to” spots. Quality of food prep has gone down. Serving sizes have gone down. Has guacamole always been $2.65 extra? Can’t remember that part. Cleanliness largely absent. Q-Doba is cheaper, better quality and much larger servings.

The chips and Queso are very stale each time I go there. I can see they have several bags of chips prepared ahead of time and makes me wonder how long they sit up there-by the taste of the chips, longer than a couple hours.

We ordered a carnitas bowl. The pork mostly a large chunk of fat. It was NOT edible. The portion didn’t fill the bowl. So disappointed, wasted money.
